My site has gone down pretty much every day since I started using Bluehost. Most of the time it is on the backend, but it has gone down for hours at a time. Your support people give me very confusing and conflicting information about it. But it also goes down on the front end. I have Jetpack that keeps track of it and it shows me that it goes down a LOT.

I can only access my email through cPanel--it won't let me log in through android phone or browser. I spent quite a while with chat assistance yesterday: they "noted" the issue and told me to try later. It still doesn't work and now I'll need to waste more of my time trying to resolve a problem that should have already been taken care of.
