I have been trying to access my order history but you have removed all my old invoices. This is a known issue and many are complaining about it on Reddit. No ETA on a solution from your tech support. Your chat support sucks, it's increasingly harder to navigate to my content and fix issues every time I log in, I literally dread having to log in to do anything, plus my emails don't reliably send or are received in a proper timeframe. I've been a customer for almost 20 years and feel like this platform has been annihilated by garbage. Especially for the price I'm continuously paying.

No clear path to the resources that I am accustom to using. Instructions don't match the layout, and access to help has been poor.
Asked 3 separate times for MX records to be fixed after installing spam experts and losing send/receive from all IMAP accounts... Nobody could help. I fixed it myself. I also asked for Spam experts to be cancelled and it has not. I am still getting charged yet have no mx records pointing to Spam Experts because it stuffed everything up to start with. Pretty poor service.
Time spent on the chats is a waste of time to fix an issue that i clearly on your end.
I cancelled hosting service on day 26-28 not sure now. My experince has been horrible from day one. Worst part about it is i have said someting several times to find out they think they are still hosting my accoint and email.i have had someone else for a while not

We want to convert our Plain old HTML site over to httpS and you have no instructions to do this and I have been clicking all over to try and find out how to do this and no luck so far, even google cant find me any help so far
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
