The billing has been the hardest part with the service. Pricing matters for a new business who is trying to get web established and views, etc. I wish the web host pricing was certainly lower per year and the Domain pricing as well. However, this is a good service for hosting.

We have a serious issue using email and am unable to get a resolution or a response as to what has changed. Email in Roundcube no longer maintains columns that we have always had. It lets me select List Columns but does not save them when I use email and it also will not save my columns when I move the order of the columns. I have been told it is a design issue but this is a bug and it is a brand new issue - we have been using this for 13 years and it has never done this.

I don't like being bullied into "protecting my privacy". That should be a given when I provide personal and confidential privacy as a requirement of signing up to host a website.

I have also experienced numerous problems with my website loading. This seems to be an ongoing problem.
