Your costs seems very shady, first year hosting was around 80 dollars, second year it is about 340+ dollars, it makes no sense and it seems like packages cannot be customized!

Bluehost support absolutely SUCKS! I have used it for a few years for clients websites and my own and I can't wait to switch when it's renewal time.
