Getting used to the new version of Wordpress. The older version have more ways to customize small things like text styles on the page. Can see the advantages of what they added though.
Sometimes I feel like I stumble across options like Expiration Protection and Auto Renew accidentally, and I don't know the difference between them. There is just so much to choose from. Thank you.
My cpanel is very slow.
The support team take too much time to answer.
Really Im thinking to change my host to another company because of this last experience
I have tried to authenticate my mailerlite account and spoke to Bluehost agents 14 different times and they all assured me that my account was fine but it is not. I have not been able to use my account since Feb 13 and losing money b/c I cannot send campaigns. Bluehost and Mailerlite are integrated but I have done everything needed and still having issues with authentication. Nobody has solved my issue.
Not happy that you are not working with my new email subscription service (EmailOctopus) I successfully added the CNAME and TXT DNS records, and I waited over 48 hours, but you still not recognizing the records I added. Please contact me and tell me why this error continues to happen. This is not good. Thanks.
I have been with Bluehost since 2013 without issues. This year, I renewed my domain and somehow the payment was not connected to my account and the website was deleted from Bluehost's server. I contacted Bluehost primarily via phone calls to customer service and several agents tried to fix my account before I realized by a simple whois search was the reason I didn't have a website nor email account (which was most critical). It wasn't until I brought this search to Bluehost I was assigned a case number. Later, I found out the Billing department doesn't work on weekends and it would be a "priority" issue. I called Monday morning and was assured it was a "priority" issue and I should be receiving a response as to what happened. I called again in the late afternoon and was actually connected to someone in Billing who could take 5 minutes and realize it was a mistake on Bluehost' part. I am still waiting on this issue to be resolved (was told it would be tomorrow/Tuesday). At this point of having my website and email down for the majority of 2 weeks is unacceptable, especially considering I had to figure out what the issue truly was. I don't know what has happened with Bluehost but I will be transferring my account as soon as I can.
My website was down for almost 2 weeks because of a Bluehost update. The layout was off and I called to try to fix the problem. The person did not help me because he stated that my website looked normal to him but it wasn't. I got my brother's programmer to fix it.
Affordable hosting, but frequent and persistent malware issues are frustrating. Not to mention the quality of customer service being able to quickly resolve issues has fallen.
Not good, services disconnected without warning - no email received to update cc details - I will transfer away - as you have cost me money with this.
I'm simply trying to change my physical mailing address, and I'm bouncing all over the place.
Support Tier 2 is confusing and should not only be accessible by email
I already left my comments in the survey I completed a few days ago.
My site is not live. The backup is not installed. I have had numerous email communication with BlueHost Technical Support and no action has been executed to resolve and restore my site.
In addition, you blame the client when the issue is with you as a provider.
This situation has been on-going for over a week. Terrible service. Terrible support.
No Help document for creating a new website. Shopify and Etsy are a lot easier to build a website.
Too much advertising of plug-ins, etc. Please focus on customers.
I had to hire a web designer to build my website only because I can't figure out how to use Word Press and tools here.
FYI. I built my commerce website on Shopify and Etsy without problems.
Difficult for me to pick up on the usage. The "class" I took, the person was going too fast. Said we would receive the replay but never did.
Not too bad, I have had problems to get access to log in my bluehost account for 2 times anyway the problems have been solved after the customer service has reset the passwords.
For the last 6 months my 2 sites that I even have covered with sitelock have been down more than they are up. I have been with Bluehost for 13 years and everything was fine until 2 years ago.
I realized that is when Newfold bought the company. I have had nothing but down time ever since. It has been a nightmare. My 2 sites are still down. I have missed thousands of dollars in launches and had to go to the doctor for anxiety medication.
I want to move to a different hosting but both of my sites are still both down so I can't even leave. Bluehost did a scan yesterday and they say that I have no malware on the scan, but my site is still down.
I was going to talk with sitejabber that is supposed to fix things, but what I realized that sitejabber is bluehost.
I am willing to take down this feedback if Bluehost can get my sites working again. All I want to do is move my sites off of Bluehost. This has been a nightmare.
If I could give you a minus 10,000 I would. You don't deserve 1 star. I have called Bluehost and sitelock everyday for the past 3 months.
Since the software update and new look the performance is pretty bad. Things don't work and I am always chatting with people to fix things
Amazing customer service but alot of down time with server issues.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
