Slow server times, terrible customer service will be switching
Not as user friendly as I would like,I have no tech experience or website experience. Would like for more assistance, especially with my website and google issues.
Server response time is terrible, and my website is slow despite having good design and minimal plugins.
Service has slipped over the past two years, and important features, such as email have been eliminated.
Very bad customer care. I can't get an clear answer on why is my yearly subscription is being increased year by year. Last year I was told that my bill will be fixed and I will get back to the right pricing categories. Sand in eyes.
I have been a customer for almost 10 years, and it seems that bluehost dont even care that I have been a loyal customer for that long.
Now I am searching for new service provider.
Somehow our user ID was changed. Spent two very frustrating days trying to figure out what was wrong. Overall, the sign in experience has changed multiple times over the past several months - the layout, an ad that needs to be bypassed, and now our User ID. Not a great user experience.
Immediately after logging in, an advertisement popped up that blocked the entire screen, which I had to dismiss before I could continue to my account. Even worse, it was very unclear *how* to dismiss it. This is very disrespectful towards the customer, and gets an automatic low rating in my book.
Not great customer service. Ok offerings in terms of site support. Costly after first year. Slow and cumbersome home page.
I can't set up my email in Mac and its aggravating
This message popping up is annoying. Also, don't like to click on 6 things to get where I want to go.
2 times I used the chat feature to address a problem. I responded to all of the questions. After a along delay, the chat person said "because of the inactivity, I must end this session." I had responded promptly top all questions.
I have been trying to change my account name and address as I have a company now that I want to register with its vat accounthad no success reaching someone to speak to and help me out.
You're getting a lot worse, rapidly. And a LOT more expensive. So much run-around for simple things. Useless "NEW" interface. Idiot ad every time I log in.
I let my subscription lapse. It took an act of Congress to get the invoice paid and get back into my account.
This is not user friendly. I am having a difficult time getting started.
Can't change my contact information for the domains. Contact Tech support multiple times with no solution.
Got spammed with a $#*!ed survey 3 seconds after logging in asking me what my experience was like. Answer - $#*! because this pointless survey popped up getting in the way of me doing the task I logged on to do
I have more accounts than I signed up for. Very confusing. Cannot figure this ou
Ive had a lot of issues. My issue still hasn't been fixed. It took so many time to get someone to help me.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
