Many problems after moving all of my domains over to bluehost. While customer support is easy to get a hold of, the problems have not been resolved several months later.
Your system of WordPress is over the top disfunctional. Just loading a simple page will not function.
I've experienced interrupted service before. The representative was dismissive and unhelpful, blaming it on coding. No my website is glitching again which potential clients are judging my services on. This is unacceptable and I am losing clients based on this amateur service provided by Bluehost. I will be switching.

All those comparison sites for hosting providers, they are all bought and not really objective.
Bluehost had a server issue and deleted my whole database and everything was gone. Took over a week until my email and website was working again.
2 months later, website was down again, now it was maleware because they don't protect their server, so down the line they can sell you SiteLock for $300 a year per site. I had the exact same website on another hosting provider for 2 years, never had a single problem with maleware.
Support is not helpful, constantly makes promises but nothing holds up.
They tell you how important 2FA is to secure your Bluehost account, but they don't have 2FA available...
Find another solution and save yourself massive headaches!

Your Wordpress Blue Host Builder is no longer working neather avalilable, and many of my sites I create them with your tool, now i canot edit them. I came to Bluehost because you had that beautifull tool, that is no loger working!

The site is not user friendly, I do NOT want two and three step verification and it is not a simple platform--give me a break.
I don't understand why you have a chat box if you don't even respond to it. You guys claim you're there 24/7 but when I attempt to get assistance via the chat box, it goes without answer. Your customer service deserves less than a star but since you don't have a negative rating, I gave you the lowest this would alow.
The "Message Us" box is in the way. I'm not seeing how to close it so I can update some information.
It happens too often that errors appear and the site looks disastrous...

There are constantly IT issues that effect me being able to edit my website. Each time I have to start a chat while it's taken care of and I'm told each time that there won't be any more issues and then there is only days later.

Your website is full of bugs/errors. There is some sort of caching feature that makes it very obnoxious to try and make any edits/changes to my site. Your support is slow, and don't always seem to have a firm grasp on what is going on.
It's a nuisance to have to refuse an offer every time before getting to the screen I want.
Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
