This company is a scam. They advertise as items are in stock, then make every excuse on why its not and pushes back with COVID as the excuse. Sorry. Covid doesnt manage your inventory. They like to ghost you when you question them or they run out of lies to tell you.
I placed an order for Oki drums since the site said they were in stock. When my order didn't arrive I questioned them and they said they sold out right after I placed my order. Months later and after many followups they cancelled my order. They are refusing to credit back my credit card and their "customer service" has stopped replying to me. I don't want a store credit as I have never purchased form them in that past and certainly won't in the future after this experience. They aslo should have just put an authorazaton on my card instad of charging me for items they did not have in stock. I will be reporting them to BBB and to my credit card co.
They offer and sell products that they do not have in stock. Then they lie through the whole process even though they know they will not be able to fulfill the sale. Nice way to play with your money
I made an order. They told me that there would be a delay because it was out of stock but I would recieve my order within 6-8 weeks. Its been 12 weeks and still nothing. I followed up again and they told me that my order was cancelled (because they did not have the product I purchased) and they could not return my money (because the expiration date on my card used has changed) and they want to issue me a credit coupon for future purchases. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! I want my money back!

What a lame company, ordered a part that they advertise that they have in stock, been 5 days and did not get the item, tried to call many times and no one answer, sent an email and got a replay that they do not even have it in stock, they did not even bother emailing and letting us know that they do not have it, very lame customer service.
I ordered a set of toner - 3 color and 1 black. They sent the wrong black. I couldn't figure out what was wrong, because it looked exactly like the starter toner that was in there. I just kept on getting an error message. I went through three Lexmark tech support agents, before someone could finally figure out it was the wrong toner.
In the meantime, I got so frustrated I bought another from Staples (based on the number on the box). So that one failed too. So, now I have 2 opened toners I can't use.
They refuse to fix their error. I know I didn't go around their website looking for color and black toner - I bought it all on the same page.
They clearly couldn't care less. I won't be back.
Terrible customer service. Charged my credit card 6 weeks ago. False promises about delivery dates. Multiple requests for updates with no response. Finally I just cancelled the order! Buyer beware.

Lists back-ordered inventory as in-stock to get your money and makes the refund/cancellation process impossible. Since they don't allow PayPal payments, you have to file a case with your credit card company. It looks like the money they steal from customers is applied to reduce prices so they can get more orders.
A good experience. Delivered my cartridge in two days as advertised. Product quality was good. Price also made a little difference. It was cheaper on this site as compared to many others. Complete assistance by the customer care services. I would recommend everyone for this website.
Our company requires a wide range of supplies, some are top name brands that can be found anywhere and others are more hard to find items which aren't sold by staples or other retailers, Bluedogink stocks all our supplies and at the lowest price. Best part is we get everything next day.
I was apprehensive ordering a part for my HP LaserJet printer from anyone other than HP, and as I looked online the pricing was all over the place. Bluedogink appeared to have what I wanted but I was a bit suspect as to the price, which was excellent! Well over $100 below others. I placed the order on a Tuesday afternoon with normal delivery and it arrived the following day (Wednesday). Granted we're in the same state (PA) but nonetheless that's service. And to make things even better, the part was exactly as stated and it is genuine HP. I'm up and running and couldn't be happier. I'll definitely return to this vendor.
This company is a mess. They don't have items in stock like their site says. Also, I couldn't get anyone on the line to talk to about it. I don't why they are doing this, but do not buy from here.
I made an initial purchase with Bluedogink.com with the idea of lots more business in the future. 10 days after my order was supposed to have shipped I contacted the company to find out what had happened with my order. Seems UPS can't find it. My problem is that Bluedogink won't ship me another toner cartridge until UPS has completed their review of what happened with the shipent. Of course I can order another cartridge, thus paying for two while waiting for the first to come in. AND I cannot get a refund until UPS finishes their review. Small businesses can't afford this kind of service and I will not even attempt to deal with this company again. Wish they'd had a more customer-centric approach to their business.

The quality of the printer (Canon LBP6780dn) I ordered was awesome. It was my first experience with BlueDogInk for any purchase. It's the fourth month of regular usage of this printer. It is in the best condition and its performance is amazing. Thanks BlueDogInk for a low price of such great machine and also the quick delivery that I didn't expect. I would recommend everyone for this service.
We returned several ink cartridges on December 1,2010 to bluedogink.com after receiving a return authorization and was promised a credit of $385.15 (I have comfirming emails from bluedogink.com). I have called and emailed them several times over the past months and still have not received the credit. I have not received a response from my latest phone call or email.
My first and last encounter with this company was disappointing. I was shopping for a certain affordable Brother color laser printer. After seeing several major national retailers sold out of that printer, chose to place the order with this company which showed "in stock". Placed order on Thursday, three day holiday weekend and, by the following Wednesday, no communication indicating an unforeseen delay. Order still showed as "pending". A few hours after emailing them, got a reply, from customer service, that they had run out of stock after my order and I needed to wait 2 to 3 weeks. As of last evening, this item still shows on their site as "in stock". Dozens of other Brother color laser models, Even under $300, also show "in stock". Several are in similar price range but none were offered by customer service as an alternative. As none of their products was reported as "not in stock", have to wonder how many others are also being falsely advertised as "in stock". The first rule of professional business is to advertise correctly. The second rule is to communicate, effectively, with your new and old customers. I am afraid these people failed on both counts. To their credit, they replied reasonably quickly and apologized and offered to cancel the order which I accepted.

When it comes to returns and defective products, this company has no integrity or responsiveness. I purchased a defective imaging drum in November, identified the defect within two weeks of purchase, and then spent the next six weeks being strung along by customer service. They acknowledged the defect in the first call, but first tried to tell me I needed to contact the manufacturer in Japan for a refund. A refund of what, exactly? My transaction was with Blue Dog Ink, not Okidata, and it was Blue Dog Ink holding the money I paid for this defective item. As a distributor, it is Blue Dog's responsibility to pursue compensation from the manufacturer, not mine. This being a ridiculous suggestion, they quickly changed their position and promised to authorize the return, but then took two weeks to actually submit the RMA and provide a return label by email. They shipped the return via the slowest (and, I'm sure, cheapest) domestic shipping service available which took 17 days to reach their warehouse, then sat on my return for another 10 days despite follow-up on my end. Every communication was met with vague excuses, inadequately explained delays, and unfulfilled promises of action. Ultimately, I had to file a consumer complaint with the Florida Attorney General in order to get my refund processed.
Placed and order 2/6 no communication until 2/15 telling me out of stock I cancelled the order they then said it was too late the item had magically shipped which they faked by generating a UPS labe it did no ship until 2/16 I was given tracking with a promise to deliver 2/19 never happened on 2/22 could not find unit, refused to resend another unit and did not issue a credit.
