Fraudulent Company
This company misrepresents itself as a local highly rated flower shop. I ordered a +$100 arrangement. When it didn't arrive as expected, I tried to track the delivery but the email tracking buttons are not mobile enabled, first tip off. So I called customer service, kept disconnecting. So I chose the new order option and they picked up immediately and then transferred me to help line. Stayed on help line hold for over 30 minutes and then was hung up upon. Got an auto generated email that they were looking into my ticket. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and for the first time ever, the major national bank immediately refunded my money. This tells me that this company is on a fraud list.
Eventually around 7pm, my mother got an "arrangement" that looked like a sad, half dead, bunch of left over stuff. I had ordered a modern rose bouquet that looked nothing like what was delivered. I took pics of the two and sent to Blossom and they gave me some song and dance about how replacing flowers etc happens and offered me 10% off. Ridiculous. See pics…

Please do not order from this company, their physical arrangements look nothing like what is on their website. When we called to complain, they were not helpful at all.
I gave them one star because I could not give less. I asked and PAID FOR delivery before noon to a public place - always open. By 2 pm when it had not been delivered, I called: when choosing to check on my delivery, it rang once and cut me off - twice. When I finally talked with someone by acting like I wanted to order, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes and I hung up. THIS HAPPENED THREE TIMES. And their tracking app is worthless. You could say I'm a very unhappy customer.
Ordered FUNERAL arrangement to be delivered on Saturday for the FUNERAL. Received email on Saturday that the flowers we ordered were out of stock...they would wait to deliver the order until we contact them with our replacement flowers. Well, this is a business and we are closed on the weekends. THE FUNERAL IS OVER! Why would they not have just substituted with something close, send the arrangement and then contact us and let us know the order was different. Now it looks like our employee thinks we didn't think of them during their time of loss. FURIOUS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! Will never ever use this company again! Should have read the reviews before ordering with this company. Lesson learned.
Don't trust these people they charge outrageously and deliver whatever flowers they feel like even if they are completely different. About the same as throwing your money away.
Still no flowers after 2 days. Same day or 2 hr delivery a joke. This is a clearing house not an actual florist. False advertising at very least. Rude customer service was no help.
Do NOT order from this place, unless of course, you don't care if your flowers are actually DELIVERED! I ordered over $125 worth of flowers and balloons to be delivered to my mother on her 80th birthday…I even paid for EARLY delivery. So, what did I get for my money? NOTHING! No flowers delivered…no emails that there was an issue, NOTHING!
Find a local florist…don't waste your time or money with these idiots!
Wish I had seen this review site before I ordered! What a disaster! I paid over $70 for what was supposed to be a beautiful Christmas centerpiece for my sister! Lots of red flowers and white flowers and pine cones and two red candles and pine boughs! What did I get? A disgusting bunch of Charlie Brown sprigs shoved into some floral foam, a carnation sprayed pale pink/red.one stupid looking candle…what a piece of crap!

This was by far the worst experience I've ever dealt with with a flower delivering company. For starters they are not at the location where the flowers are coming from, so they can never give you accurate information. The emails are coming from an automated service. They charge an extra fee to deliver the flowers before 1pm and will deliver them at 3:30pm. They cant give any definitive answers and the tracking system never changes status so you have no idea what status your order is in. They will put you on hold and hang up the phone in addition to not responding back to emails. After all this is said and done they will offer you a $5.00 discount on a $100+ order. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. I was told at 11am my order was out for delivery, then at 1:00pm (the time i paid for it to be delivered by) it was out for delivery and at a whopping 3:30pm when my girlfriend had already left work they finally came. Save yourself the trouble and choose a better company.
Fraudulent behavior. I am actually not sure if this isn't a scam. Did not deliver, excuses about THEIR supplier not being able to deliver, then asked for ore money. Never delivered the flowers.
I've ordered flowers two days ago, and it still has not been delivered. The customer service people are terrible and I would never use this service again.
SCAM! SCAM! BEWARE! I placed my order 5/13/23 they said it would be delivered 5/13-23 to 5/14/23. My card was charged $122.23. I called on 5/15 and 5/16 to see WHY nothing was delivered they said next day every time.then. They said hey ran out of flowers... I checked the website order status on 5/16 late in the day and it said Status:Delivered...MY MOM NEVER RECEIVED ANY FLOWERS! Everytime I called customer service they would say its going to be delivered.WHAT?!. ALSO THEY USE FAKE PHONE NUMBERS WHEN YOU CHOOSE CALL BACK OPTION ON WEBSITE.IM SURE THEY ARE ALSO STEALING OUR INFORMATION.CANT BELIEVE I FELL FOR A SCAM
Please be aware of this company. My experience has been the same as others. They called me back and asked for more money as they were having trouble locating a driver. They also claimed to forfeit their profit for the inconvenience, so I agreed to the additional charge in order to get the flowers on time. The flowers did not arrive on time and were over two days late for a funeral. I phone them 6 times to follow up on status. Each time they said they were following up and would call me back. They NEVER called me back. Each time I reached back out to them they gave me excused and lied to me twice. I also asked for a refund, and they refused saying that they needed more time to investigate the issue. They proceeded to hang up on me. I ended up finding the flowers myself by calling the local florist and never heard back from Blossom Flower Delivery. The flowers delivered looked like they were picked up at the grocery store and likely didn't cost more than $40. I was charged $168. Also note this company is located in California but selling their services as a local vendor. Finally, the reviews and 4.5-star rating on the website seems to be fake reviews based on the reviews and experience from all the previous customers here. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
My boyfriend and I ordered his mom flowers for her a day before her birthday. 3 days later, still no flowers delivered.
We called the first day, and we'd input the wrong address, which was our mistake, but there was no communication regarding this until we reached out.
Second day, still no flowers. I called to cancel, was promised up and down that the flowers would be upgraded and put on the delivery truck for the first shipment.
Third day, still no flowers. Finally someone reaches out to me regarding my order vs me calling and I'm told the same thing I was told the day before about an upgrade and the flowers being the first delivery.
I finally cancelled because, at this point, I don't totally trust it's ever going to happen. All of this was on a small bouquet of same-day flowers. I'm in my late 20s, so I get there's a shortage of employees everywhere and people are stretched thin, but the sheer lack of communication and the fact that it is now 4 days past the birthday-lady's day isn't okay. I highly recommend going with another company.
When dealing with a family funeral you don't necessary think to read reviews. My Fault. They contacted me 2 hours before the service and said they had to change both of my orders. They didn't have any easels for the spray. They wanted me to agree to just flowers in a vase, an because of the time frame, I didn't have a choice. On the plant order they wanted me to pay an extra $65 and they would have another florist handle it. NO WAY. After calling them the plant did not get delivered for the service but will be delivered the following day to the family. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.
Flowers arrived two days after funeral even though I had to pay extra. Horrible customer service, lame excuses, and horrible experience. If you want flowers to arrive on time order from elsewhere.
Valentines 2 days late, offer 10$ refund. Bouquet not even close. Dont bother calling no one answers, was on hold 1 hr to get disconnected.

Saying that they don't have any plants and they could do a flower arrangement instead but wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday. Whaaat? I called and was on hold for 45 minutes, was put on hold by them and they hung up on me. They had then sent an email saying they would not deliver and would be put on hold until I got back to them. I immediately tried to email them back but got response that they were closed for the weekend and to call on Tuesday. I was livid. Our poor Mom got nothing from us all that day. They cancelled at the last minute. What a horrible horrible company to do that to people at the last minute like that and have no way to get ahold of them. Save yourself the heartache and DO NOT go with this company. Unorganized, uncaring and thoughtless.
I wanted to give them no stars but it would not let me. I ordered flowers that would be delivered the next day. In the evening of the next day I recieved an email stating they could not fill the orderr because of supply demands and would I like to substitute different flowers of the same value to fullfill the order that would be delivered 3 days later. Stupid me, I agreed because I wanted to send flowers. They were not delivered! I had to call again! They were finally delivered but the value of what they recieved was half the value I had paid for!
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
