I ordered the secret garden delux and our client received a plain plan with zero flowers and some of the leaves were dead. They wouldn't redeliver and only gave me a 20% discount! The first pic is what I ordered. The second pic is what was sent
I paid for delivery before 1pm and the flowers arrived at 4:30pm. I paid for a balloon and none arrived. And now on hold for 30 mins as they try to find out why. Choose someone else. They cannot deliver the product you pay for.
I requested a delivery the next day (Wed.) after order placed. I received an email on Thursday night stating that they tried to deliver that day, when it should have been delivered Wednesday, but had the wrong address. Which they didn't. They wanted another $20 to redeliver. I told them to cancel the order and they said they couldn't. I was on the phone with them for a good hour or so and all they cared about was redelivering. They said they could delivery the following Tuesday. A week late! Are you kidding me? I kept insisting that they cancel my order but they wouldn't and kept talking over me. That's the short version. I had to call my CC company to dispute the charges. They had no problem billing me before they were even delivered. Who does that! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T USE THEM! The worst customer service ever. All they care about is the money.
Ordered rush delivery of flowers for the 2nd of June. They marked them delivered. Ended up calling the client and asking if they saw them. They informed us that there were no flowers. The email the next day was that they were unable to deliver them but marked delivered anyway. Spent 4 hours on the phone yesterday (June 5th) reassured they'd be delivered by 9pm. Spoiler alert, They were not delivered and the order hasn't even been made. Took our money, have not delivered product and are giving us the run around. You'd have better luck ordering from the other side of the country than using this business. They're trash, their customer service is trash, response is trash and communication is trash at best.
While these flowers were actually nice, the delivery was a complete boch job. I ordered them for delivery on February 6th for a Celebration of Life event on February 7th. They delivered on February 2nd, my concern being would they even still be nice by February 7th? When I reached out they first apologized for the late delivery. When I pointed out they were not late, but 4 days early for a Celebration of Life event, they said the were so sorry and would re-deliver on February 6th as ordered. Well, I reached out multiple times and you guessed it... no new flowers and the event is now past. A joke of a company. Never again.My next step is to dispute the purchase with Visa. So tired of mediocre customer service.
This is a US based service that poses as a local florist. For Canadians this means hefty exchange. I could not find anywhere that the prices were listed in US dollars and I thought they were a local Red Deer, AB florsit. Buyer Beware. My $93 order, is now $133. NEVER USE THEM AS A CANADIAN.
I ordered a dozen roses for my moms 80th birthday for same day delivery, order placed first thing in a saturday morning. No delivery, was told she would get them on monday. No delivery, was told she would get them on tuesday. After several phone calls & their apologies & & offer for a $5 coupon & also kept telling me she will get them the next day. 6fays later no delivery. They were insistent they were coming, had to cut them off & tell them i could grow a rose bush faster than their delivery. This company should be shut down
Tried to send thank you flowers to our very good friends in Kailua. It's been over a week and their response is the same...WE'LL GET BACK TO YOU! I've been fed this lie for well over a week by these people. They have no qualms about taking your money and lying to you. I'm gobsmacked on how this company is still in business and hasn't been dropped by FTD. I'm contacting the Hawaii State Attorney General's Office and the BBB and filing formal complaints. Now let's see if they give us our refund. They deserve zero stars!
I ordered through here by accident as it had the same name as our local flower shop. The website and receipt were all very similar. The flowers were never delivered and late that night I recieved a notice that they were delayed. I contacted them by email to cancel and recieved no response. I called them the following morning and couldn't get ahold of anyone. It was strange as when I called they immediately send an email saying they required me to send more money as they needed to make a profit (an additional $22 usd after I had already paid 65 USD). I replied to ask them to cancel again and no response.
I was surprising my sister who is recovering from Cancer. I paid the expedited fee and gave a tip. My order was not delivered I called from 11am to 8pm for update was told it was out for delivery. After 8pm then I was told the driver did not deliver and they don't know why. It was my sister birthday today not tomorrow I'm truly sadden and disappointed wishing I knew the delivery was not going to get delivered. I could have sent something else from a better company. No one called. Now I don't know when I will get my money back. Do not order from The Blossom site.
If I could give them 0 stars that's exactly what I would do! They phoned the day before delivery to tell me that they wouldn't have a driver but if I would pay an additional $23 and change they could get them delivered- I asked why their emergency should be my extra expense- then they offered to deliver an upgraded bouquet the day After for no extra charge - well doesn't matter how nice it is if it's not delivered on the date they were meant for - I better see a refund- they shouldn't be in business
I tried to send my mom flowers for her birthday yesterday and they canceled my first order and told me it was due to not having any of the items in stock and that I would be refunded. So then I put in a second order and it took them 4 hours and after she had already left her office for the day to tell me they wouldn't be sending her flowers but would complete the order the following day upon my approval. Then I received a phone call that they wanted an additional $30 on an $87 order for someone else to deliver it for them because they couldn't do it. I told them that my entire experience with them had been a hassle and I didn't really feel I should have to pay anything extra. So they said they'd pay 1/2 of the extra costs or "maybe" be able to deliver it tomorrow for no cost.
I will not be ordering from them again.
I paid 160 bucks for my dads FUNERAL FLOWERS paid extra for expediting delivery and this POS company never delivered them. DO NO USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. They should be shut down immediately. I cannot believe they are in business. I was so pissed off! Not 1 person speaks english, nor do they give a crap about you.
This company is an entire scam, same day delivery my $#*!. Contacted them 5 times and still no ETA, they also pretended three trucks broke down and the flowers got "destroyed" WASTE OF MY 300$ will definitely be reporting this! I wish I seen all these bad reviews before.
Worst flower delivery experience ever. No service staff working Xmas weekend, item not delivered, lots of ""you are important ro us" emails but no satisfaction. Stay away from them.
I ordered the premium Calming Comfort arrangement for my daughter (over $140C). What was received was scraggly, sparse and pathetic.

They reply, but with no actual facts on "designers choice" substitutions, delayed delivery or refunds on what you ordered and expedited delivery. DON'T ORDER WITH THEM! It's a scam, and the place I was sending it to was a Police Station! They don't give a fcuk. Pay the extra and go to FTD to know it is done right. My bad for making the choice I made. It was a rural area, with not many of options.
I spent $256.00 total for my Sister's birthday. I paid for early delivery before 1pm she didn't get it until around 5pm. My sister sat in her car looking out for the flowers. She recorded the driver getting the roses out of her trunk, turned over, no water, 90 plus degree temp in Florida. Not 30 roses... In a small vase... No baby breath... Several of the 24 roses instead of 30 were bruised and damaged. NEVER USE THEM! I WISH I HAD RESEARCHED! I KNOW BETTER NOW! She got 1st picture... I paid for 2nd...
The flowers I ordered were never delivered. Their customer service email about non deliveries does not work and I spoke to a person that sounded like a robot who put me on hold forever only to tell me that they needed to reach out to the driver for proof of delivery and ti would take 48 hours to get back to me. Their tracking sight never moved past "order placed" and does not say it was delivered but they did manage to charge my credit card. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
My experience is a reflection of all others. I too, thought I was contacting a local company. It's apparently rigged to come up on line this way. I ordered an $89 fresh cut deluxe bouquet for same day delivery. Total charge $120.96. Flowers ordered were not delivered. The next day after 4pm, a "potted orchid" was delivered to my brother in rehab. I was not contacted in regards to the substitution, or given the option to make a substitution choice myself. All the same excuses- supply chain issues, they fulfilled the order, their substitution was "an upgrade". A JOKE. A BLATANT LIE. My local grocery store sells the EXACT SAME plant all day long for $19.98, and I still would not have purchased this. 4 emails and 4 calls to them. 2 of the calls resulted in being put on hold to "see what they could do", then disconnected. Last email from them "We appreciate your understanding on this matter". "We treasure your valued business". And, "They will close this ticket for now" and instructed me to reply to their email "once I have changed my mind to accept a 20% discount" on a site that states "100% Satisfaction Guarantee ". BTW, I placed the order with Sunny Flowers, and Blossom billed for them. "Customer rep" stated they were the SAME company, so they have doubled up on their chances to receive orders and scam. I have filed a charge dispute claim with my credit card provider. In the mean time- Cause and effect, Karma is a b****. Hopefully Karma will include criminal fraud charges.
