I placed an important same day flower order on Friday 9/29. Late in the day I received an email that my order couldn't be delivered that day but would be next day
At noon, they called to say they had no pick roses (the entire basis of the arrangement) asking that I pick a different color, so I did.
At 3pm, I received an email saying they were unable to deliver the flowers today.
Called customer service to verify and inquire as to why. No reason could be provided, instead I was told they couldn't be there now until Monday.
The delivery was sentimentality time sensitive and these repeated delays were unforeseen, very disappointed and not acceptable. Future buyers beware that this florist did not prove to be dependable at a time it mattered most.
Plant arrangement never got delivered. Then once I called, it took over 60 hrs to "investigate" the delivery, then never called me back. Once I called them for the 3rd time 5 days later, they asked what I wanted to do... Really? No brainier...refund! Not worth the money or time.
I ordered flowers. I received a notice that the flowers were delivered. They flowers were delivered a week later. Flowers were frozen. DOA! I was offered a 10% refund when I asked for a replacement of the flowers. My daughter received the exact service as I on a separate occasion. Avoid this company at all cost!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I placed an order and paid a premium for same day delivery only to have my order cancelled for no reason and still have not received a refund after 2 weeks has passed. It is very difficult to get in touch with customer service and once I did, they are very unapologetic and blamed the delay i the refund on my bank and took no responsibility. I have been out this money for over 2 weeks and they do not care. Do yourself a favour and choose a different delivery service. This company is a scam.
I wouldn't even give 1 star if that was an option. No delivery, and no communication from this company to let me know. Don't order from this company if you want floral delivery and want it there on time.
Ordered flowers for Valentine's day and they were never delivered. Many customer service requests went unanswered (email, chat, messenger, phone).
I ended up having to initiate a credit card charge back to get my refund.

Ordered and paid a week ago, for delivery on Friday. Now Sunday, still no flowers. We'll deliver Saturday! Oops, no we won't. Okay Sunday! We'll deliver Sunday! Just kidding! We won't deliver at all! There's lots of blame (COVID?) but no delivery and now there's no more time. Run to another option now!
I ordered a dozen roses on valentines day. Half pink and half red but they only gave 8 flowers and ordered a teddy worth 50 bucks but the teddy they gave is not even 5 bucks. They gave a key chain teddy. Aweful. Never ordering again from this place. Total garbage.
I placed an order of over $100 to be delivered to best friend on anniversary of a family member's death. Was assured that they were IN the town near small town where delivery to be made. Delivery fee of over $20 charged. I asked several times if they actually were in this town as had been told by her brother that their mother always used "Blossom Florist" in that town. 4 days later and no delivery and it has been charged to my card. As someone else said. Try to call and you get nothing if questioning why delivery not made. Obviously NOT a florist in the town. Will be telling the bank that this is a fraud business. Bank of America is great about reverseing charges... so have no doubt they will do so in this instance. DO NOT USE THIS RIDICULOUS SCAM ONLINE COMPANY., Unable to furnish photo as no delivery. And was told reciept would be emailed... nothing but another add on email... no receipt!
Ordered for same day delivery. They told me the order was delivered and then was told several hours later the delivery was delayed one day and then the next day got an email saying due to lack of supply, they would TRY deliver in 5 days. They also are refusing to refund my money so I have to do a chargeback on my credit card. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Sympathy flower order was never delivered. When I tracked the order it kept saying was going to be delivered by end of day. Chat said even though past the 6 pm delivery it was still going to be delivered. Never was. Then when I tracked it said delivered and it wasn't. When I left a message they said I would receive a call back in 2-8 minutes that was 36 hours ago and still have not heard back. Needless to say I cancelled the order and will dispute any credit card charges. It was a scam! Beware!
Horrible customer service. They profess to be a local shop but in reality they are not. My delivery never happened, spoke to someone in California for a delivery that was suppose to be out of a shop in Hadley...she would not give me the phone number of the local shop. Kept repeating the same thing over and over. Horrible, Horrilbe.
Terrible. I ordered flowers and they were to be delivered Saturday by 1pm as I paid for expedited shipping. They sent me an email at 2:31pm that day and said they would not be able to deliver because of a supplier issue. They had to know this when I ordered. These were for a funeral which was on that Sunday. I was very upset. They offered to send on Monday which is too late. Then they told me I had to wait 2-6 business days for a refund. WTF Bad customer service.
I was sending flowers to an ill friend and before the flowers arrived she passed away. I called and ask that the flowers not be delivered because she had passed and I had a note to her and a get well card that I thought would be hard on the family that was still at her house. I was told nothing could be done because they were out on the truck. I told them I didn't want my money back if someone could just call the driver and stop the delivery and I was told no they couldn't do that. These are some sorry people with no morals at all. And I'm sure it starts at the top!
I ordered flowers to be delivered on July 1 in honor of the one-year anniversary of the death of my brother-in-law. July 1 came and went with no flowers. I called and they said it would be there on the third. The third came and went with no flowers. They called me on the fourth to say that they were delayed. I canceled the order and gave up. Awful customer service. Do not use this business.
I placed an order two days in advance of delivery. On delivery day they called to say their supplier could not provide the flowers but if I gave them an additional $20 they could use another supplier. As I had already spent 90$ I told them I would not and they said they would send an arrangement close to what I had asked for. I called back to ensure the delivery was going to happen and they assured me there were going to deliver that day. Later that day I received an email saying they could not deliver until the following day. I canceled my order and used another florist...now let's see if i receive my refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE
I paid for the expedited delivery for the flowers to be delivered in the morning, and I have been lied to by the staff when I called to ask about the delivery as the flowers were eventually delivered late in the evening. I had been trying for more than a week to at least get a refund for the expedited delivery and was being told that the flowers were delivered on time - a straigh-out lie. After several emails and phone calls, I was finally told that I will get the refund, so I am waiting to see if it really happens.
I can't even describe in words the aggravation! I ordered my Flowers over a month in advance for Valintines day, Paid their extra fee for expedited shipping. Valentine comes around and they aren't there! It even says they are their on the site! I had to re order them for 2 days later! I couldn't get a hold of customer service and it totally ruined the surprise! To my girlfriend it looked like I just forgot. Custom service sends me like an email a week! We finally talk about the situation and they say they can give me $5 back because they didn't expedite it! They will not give me a refund and they didn't delivery flowers on time or even notify me! In fact their website lied to me. They suck! Their customer service sucks!
As many other reviews I have read…I should have read the reviews first. What a joke!Wanted to send my cousin flowers for helping me out as a thank you. This gesture of thanks has become a BURDEN!. First I paid $25.00 for speedy delivery. They arrived a day late and was delivered hours before specified. By the time my cousin returned home they were frozen solid (who drops off flowered on someone's deck when it is -4degrees and expects a good outcome). After sitting on hold for 1/2 hour. I finally got scene on the phone who wanted to only refund $10 of the $100 dollars I paid because they had been "delivered". After more push back I am supposedly getting a full refund. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE FOOLS AGAIN!
I order a bouquet for a friends mothers funeral. I ordered a premium that was $132.00. I found out that they called Albertsons and had them make a bouquet that was a complete joke $20 value. It didn't look anything like the picture I ordered from. They use a St George number and make you think they are a local florist. When I called to complain they were only willing to return $30 on a $132 dollar purchase.
Do not use them! They are dishonest and not willing to make it right!
