The flower arrangement delivered was completely different than picture on their website. Website picture has pink stargazer lilies and red roses amongst the filler flowers in a glass vase. Arrangement delivered was red carnations and white daisies. This is not even close as substitute. They took my money and swicthed it with carnations and daisies. It is not worth $70. I can get better flowers at Traders Joe for far much less than $70!
The glass vase was switched to 'can' looking container.
Then they offered 20% discount for not meeting expectation. This is pretty much scammer operating as business, not even close to 'not meeting expectations'. They won't even try to solve the problem other than sorry here's your 20% discount.

Scam company. Will not refund after they were not delivered. Order *******. Told her to stop payment on card. Order was placed 12/17. Did not get delivered the 20th as stated. She has been told they would be delivered everyday since then. Customer serv flat lies. They were for her mothers 96th Birthday and Christmas. Hope yours get's ruined like you did to her. The only good thing to say about this company is they are great with excuses. Promised my delivery for a friend's birthday on March 21. 'Supplier had no flowers', 'supplier had no flowers', and so on committing to delivery for March 24rd, March 28th... Finally delivered March 29th. Eight days late. Thought $5 rebate would make me feel better. Not so much.
Purchased and tipped for a Cherished Farewell Funeral Basket for $111.21 and found out they delivered a vase with 8 carnations and 5 roses! I was offered 10% refund and told that I need to be understanding that they need to make a profit!
I'm not sure how blossom flower and sunny flower are related. But, I ordered a sympathy bouquet as shown on the website. First off it took a week to get delivered. And was not a bouquet delivered by a florist. It was a FedEx box of flowers. The website offers you the ability to tip the alleged driver which I did, however there is no driver, there is no florist, it is a dropship of flowers via FedEx. I asked to be credited back as this was misrepresentation and they refused. I will have to take this up with Visa.
I tried ordering my 18 year old grandson balloons for his birthday. I thought I was ordering from a local flower shop but somehow I guess the order went through Bloosom Flower Delivery. I gave my information and the check order came up as $30. Additional dollars so I went no further to the final checkout. My grandson ends up getting a bouquet of flowers with no card. Almost two months later I get a charge for $70. I called the Blossom number and she wanted to give me a ten percent off next purchase,but I needed to send a picture of the flowers whick he of course didn't have a picture since he got rid of them. No card, receipt or anything. Needless to say, beware of ordering online. I will make sure to only order on the phone.
I order a sympathy plant and they could not deliver what I ordered, they never informed me that wasn't available. They sent something called Bird of Paradise in a very cheap basket. I was also told it was in Canada funds but it's U S funds. Ask for a refund but they only gave 30 percent refund. I asked to talk to a manager but he said they were in a meeting, they are alway in a meeting. This company is a scam and rip off
They pretended to be a local florist and then failed to deliver on the day promised. They clearly never intended to deliver on the date promised. No apologies. $5 discount to deliver late? No thanks. It's going to take a week to get my refund. Total scammers.
They could make a lucrative business off taking orders and your money and getting interest off the money for a week after you cancel.

Mins later saying they didnt have what was needed for that bouquet. They requested an additional $30 to have a sister company do it. I had to call twice the day of delivery to check on it. The order did not arrive until 8pm. The bouquet delivered did not look anything like what I wanted and nowhere near as nice as the original. It looked quite messy. They actually called my mother to see if she had received the order when it was supposed to be a surprise. Not impressed. I will not be using this company again. The only positive is that the customer service agents were nice and accomodating.
Stupid company
They run out of product via their supplier and cannot deliver on date requested ( which I'm sure is important for many customers)
And somehow a customer is supposed to be ok with that and proceed with the order anyways with a new date.
My niece was turning forty, we decide to send flowers and balloons to her as a surprise. To begin with the cost was pretty steep considering. We specifically ordered one with sunflowers in it, upon arrival the flowers were not even close to the ones described in our ordering, including zero sunflowers in it. She also did not receive the balloons; we were told when inquiring that the ballons are based on avalabity of the product. Then why offer the service if it's not guaranteed. When reaching out we basically received snotty responses, telling us they sent flowers that were comparable to the ones we ordered. We did get a standard 10% discount on the order due to their failure as a company. I strongly recommend to not use this service. Customer service is not really something they excel in, and really could care less about your satisfaction with their service.
I ordered a $110 flowering plant for a funeral service 3 days in advance and paid $4.99 for an express delivery to ensure it was delivered before the service began, on top of the 18.00 delivery fee and 5.00 tip and service fee. My total bill was $158.71. Got to the funeral and there was no sign of the plant. Called them and there was a delivery truck issue. They couldn't deliver until Monday and would credit tip and express delivery fee. OK, gave them new address. What was delivered was a small dish garden! They are not to be relied upon. After days of negotation with rude people they credited me with a 30% discount, at least. I am so embarrassed with my friend who is grieving.
The product that was delivered was nowhere near what was described to me as what was being purchased. I ordered a balloon to go with the bouquet I sent out and it was not delivered. They tried to offer me a $10 refund of the bouquet- I said no. They then said they would refund me 10% of the bouquet and the missing balloon- which was not acceptable to me at all. I am very dissatisfied with this company and will never use them again or recommend this company to anyone else. Customer service reps were not helpful at all. A complete disgrace of a company!
My daughter bought flowers and I had them scheduled for delivery to our home after my discharge from the hospital. I never received them and they made not attempts at redelivery, explaining what happened or rectifying the situation. I wish my daughter had read the reviews and gone somewhere else.
I needed to send urgently a flower arrangement to a person going into palliative care. I called Blossom delivery thinking it was an actual florist. It is a third party that made the arranging and charged $127 cdn for a very simple flower arrangement. Nothing special. They issued me "tickets" saying they were working on it and would be delivered the next day. Then more emails to advise they couldn't get the flowers, and need my approval for substitutions. Then another email, to say they needed my approval for the "revised" delivery date! Never got a photo of the arrangement that I requested, and they only offered $5 reduction for the 3 -4 day delay. I actually don't know when it got there and never got reduction or photo. Not recommend since it's not a real florist. They wouldn't answer my questions if they were the actual florist.
I ordered flowers with expedited delivery and they failed to show the next day and the next day and the next day I called again and they said they had to check with their delivery team. On day 3, they had no idea of the status of my order.
Don;t waste your time with this company.
I purchased a flower arrangement for my wife's birthday and just before the delivery time, they cancel my order arguing security reasons and telling me that my bank canceled the order which is a total lie. They just didn't want to accomplish my order. Never allow me to verify the purchase and just told me that I have to talk to my bank. I called my bank and guess what? They told me everything was in order and the transaction was valid. Blossom Flowers, I would never buy from you again and never suggest your services.
I wish I could give this company negative stars. They took my credit card then said they were changing my order and the flowers were never delivered. This is absolutely the WORST company EVER.

The birthday bouquet my friend received for the $81.00+ I paid were terrible. Old, wilting, lilies, old light pink roses that were browning at the tips, and the hydrangeas replaced with tacky carnations.

Customer service was supposed to call me back. I finally reached 'Sunshine', who I believe must have been in India somewhere (I mistakenly thought I was ordering from a local florist in Raleigh, NC). She told me to email the photo of the flowers received. No doubt they'll get back to me saying they found noting wrong with them. I live in NYC and I could have gone out and bought a better looking bouquet for $15.00 DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
