This place is taking more than a week prior to get back to me to refund my money! They never delivered my friends birthday flowers and kept hanging up when I called for my refund! The worst experience! Never will order from here again! Do not recommend!
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This company presents itself as Canadian but it is American and charges $23 for delivery yet does not deliver on day requested. I phoned twice asking where the flowers were! So not impressed. Still waiting to see if the flowers will arrive. These were supposed to arrive yesterday for a friends birthday. Pleasant surprise… the flowers arrived today, one day late and they were beautiful.
Please be careful and do not order from this company. I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday 5 days in advance. The flowers never arrived and trying to get through to customer service is impossible. I still have not received a refund from the company. Me and the recipient of the flowers have received non stop text messages and emails from the company. The latest of the emails is as follows:
We are writing to inform you that we are experiencing some difficulty with our supplies as we did not receive the necessary deliveries. To avoid further delays, we have decided to have the items made by our partner florist. However, this has resulted in an additional cost of $20, but as compensation, we have rendered our profit for this order. We only need an additional $10 and it'll be a designer's choice flower arrangement with the same color scheme.
The company is a scam and will take your money without fulfilling the order.
I ordered a deluxe size Peace Lily for a dear friend, her brother passed away. The delivery driver dropped it off outside of the garage and left. The next day I find out that it had been stolen but the driver lied and said it was handed to the recipient. Once Blossom found out she has a ring camera and nothing was handed to her, they delivered a much smaller one ( 4 1/2 inch pot). I contacted them and they made me jump through hoops basically to prove it and that meant asking my grieving friend to send pics and a clip of the camera footage only to be offered an apology and a $10 refund. I am left pretty disappointed and will not be using them again any time in the future.
Flowers were not delivered for event! No call to give me time to get some from at least Walmarts! Phone call from their representative phone id said St Joseph Med! Calling my bank!

I ordered a daisy bouquet and the recipient got two daisies in a small vase. Not only that, it arrived a day late! I was very sad because this was given to someone that had just had surgery for cancer and is not doing well. Don't use this company!
I needed to send an arrangement for my mother in law's celebration of life. I ordered it after hours on a Tuesday with the delivery needed by Thursday noon. They did it! It was beautiful! I was so very happy they were able to make this work for me!
If you want flowers don't order from here and bc they won't deliver early even if you've paid the extra money for earlier that 1300 delivery. They won't deliver it at all. And trying to call to cancel it the next day won't even help. They will give you the same line. It's like they're reading off of a script. Bottom line go to flowers.com or proflowers, more expensive but you'll get your flowers delivered
I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday, they charged me $182, but today is her birthday, I'm waiting the flowers, but I receive a message that they cancelled my order. Without any explanation. The money refund will take 2-6 working days, its's awful, they've rather let me down with this, I`m very upset!
I ordered 2 bouquets from blossom flower in Sedalia. They called to verify the order. The flowers did not show up on the delivery date. I tried a number of time to contact them, but failed to do so.
Brooke's florist in Knob Noster contacted me and told me that they had received an order from the people at blossom flower for the bouquets. So the flowers came from Brooke's and were delivered by Brooke's, and would have cost less if I had ordered directly from them. In other words, blossom basically is just a middle man that takes more of your money.
I made a very specific and easy request and confirmed they understood what I was looking for, instead they delivered the most generic looking bouquet ever made and offered me a 10% credit when I pointed out they had not delivered what I had ordered. However, they did (after 4 emails and 3 phone calls) increased to 20%. But paying 80% for something I didn't order still is not a good deal.
I order flowers on Wednesday to be delivered on Thursday. They were not delivered until Sunday. Despite how many times I contacted them, and they continually told me that "They were out for delivery" on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Then they tried to tell me it was a "supply" issue. They offered $5 for the inconvenience. That's insulting. I don't think these people really understand why people send flowers to others on specific days/occasions. It's a lost concept with them. They are Cleary in the wrong business. I will never order flowers from them again.
I ordered funeral flowers days in advance & was told day of I needed to pay $51 more to get what I ordered. Or let them downgrade it to their choice for a casket spray instead of the heart wreath. Still no guarantee that they will arrive in time before the service. Unbelievable! NEVER USE THEM.
This company is a joke beyond words! I order flowers for a birthday and got bill crap emails that it was delivered which it was not! Then I get multiple email saying all sorts of junk along with calling the person the flowers were scheduled to go to and gave her the runaround as well! Do not use this backwards bill crap excuse for a company! Not even a sorry or partial refund for they're negligent! I had to give some type of star to leave a review but one start is WAY TO MUCH!
The arrangement I ordered is nothing like the photo online. I was completely embarrassed when my mother in law sent a pic of the flowers to me. I was humiliated! Never order from this company. They placed a large now in the arrangement in lieu of flowers, plus the arrangement delivered has 1/2 the amount of flowers. Extremely horrible job! My 1 year old grandson could have done better!
In addition to delivery issues, the delivery concerns tab is a dead link. I tried to cancel my order but was informed cancellation time had passed. Don't make the same mistake I did, order before reading reviews. Will not order from here again, when all extra fees added in( but noted on receipt) I should have cancelled. Update, flowers were delivered at 4pm. It's pretty but small for what we paid. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. There is another separate arrangement behind it, so it may look larger than it is. Again, paid 80.00 for this
Not happy with the company at all. They could not deliver and/or supply when I needed it. I called on a Thursday for flowers they told me they'd be delivered that day. They did not deliver him that day they text me saying that would be the following day so I called. Cuz I did not have the right flowers I guess. So together we picked out a different bouquet supposed to be delivered Friday was not. They said Oh can we do that for Monday. I told him no. They should have been there Thursday. So they wanted to deliver him 5 days later. The company was very hard to work with. When I called I got hung up on several times. And all they wanted to give me was a $5 gift certificate for my troubles. Wow.
I called yesterday 10-18-23 at 10 am to send an arrangement to a friends office and asked if it could be delivered by
4:30pm the latest they got there at 5 as the office was closing. So was told it would get delivered today 10-19 and it was my friend sent a picture and was stunned as it didn't look like anything I would give to someone it was missing a plant and looked straggly.
Come on people do better if you want business can't say I will ever refer anyone here!
This was a terrible experience. I paid money to send flowers, and then the AI chatbot they used kept asking me for the recipient's phone number. I gave it to the chatbot 3 times. I finally called, and their automated system hung up on me 2 times when I pressed the button to ask about a current order. When someone picked up on the other line about NEW orders, they said my happy birthday delivery could not be sent out because the AI chatbot did not get the recipient's phone number. They then saw that they HAD received the recipient's phone number and asked me if I wanted the birthday flowers sent out the NEXT day. Garbage. I asked for a refund. Never again.
Delivered the wrong arrangement which was an arrangement half the cost of the ordered one. Customer service then gave the run around on a discount of 5% which NEVER happened. Customer service just quit responding. Do not use this company as they are a back office internet billing scam farming out the flower order to true flower shops in your area.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
