I ordered a dozen roses for my wife's birthday, to be delivered Nov. 30, and paid $115 (CDN), with tax, for them. I got a call from one of their representatives late in the day telling me the roses were unavailable and that I would get an assortment of equal value. Instead, I got two roses, a few carnations and some lilies stuffed into what looks like an old mason jar (see attached photo).
When I called to complain, I was told the best they could do was a 20 per cent refund ($13), which means that this pathetic little display cost me $100 – at least twice its value.
The woman I spoke to apologized profusely, but that doesn't mitigate the fact that they cheated me and ruined my wife's birthday gift.
Avoid these crooks like the plague they are. They'll take your money, welch on the delivery, and then stonewall you. Pure scumbags.
I ordered a floral spray for my late sister's coffin on 1/3. You contact me 2 days later saying "supply difficulties" and demand another $55. Call me up the night before the funeral, haven't delivered it to the home, demand another $100. Your company is sub-human. I am totally humiliated.
I just purchased $200 worth of flowers for Valentine's Day and they came in almost 2 days late and at 6pm. I sent numerous emails stating that I wanted to cancel the order and get my refund. They never got back to me and sent my flowers in the evening. I called customer service and they said they never received any emails and after 20 min, they said oh yeah we got your email. They only offered me $10 of a refund. That's not enough and aside from that, the flower smell bad and they dried out bad. Don't ever order from them, they're cheap people and do not care for their customers. They're also rude!
Total scam of a company. The flower arrangement looked NOTHING like what I ordered online. Totally screwed me over. They have zero integrity in making restitution. Do not ever use them, you will be beyond disappointed. Horrible customer service, day late delivery, not what you order. Insane that they are allowed to stay in business.

Could not confirm the status of the delivery after several calls to customer service with my order number...probably because their call center had no idea where the delivery was coming from or who was tasked with delivery. Advertises itself as a local florist...BS
Find a different florist and don't waste your time with this place.

My friend was called by the local florist shop who asked her to pick up the flowers due to a "lack of delivery drivers".
I spent 45 minutes disputing the delivery and handling charge as the flowers were not delivered. The person hardly speaks English and gave multiple reasons as to why they cannot refund me but instead offered me a $10 credit.
Call your local floral shops and order through them directly. Do not use this third party. They're overpriced and they'll underdeliver, or I'm my case they won't deliver at all.
I ordered flowers for my friend in St Augustine to be delivered the next day.
She sent me a picture of what was delivered. I was so disappointed. I asked for a mixed bouquet so it would last longer. It was a few carnations with greenery. Certainly not much for almost a $100. Flowers plus delivery.

After make a. Priority order with added fees, it took 7 days. And then Blooms delivery used Amazon to deliver instead of their own service. I have seen the picture of the flowers they are not Wow quality like the blabbering bimbo told me they would; do extra beautiful since they screwed up. Well they came in a hot box with no moisture. Save face and close this business down. I am not done bashing.
I ordered an expensive arrangement I specifically wanted to send and even provided a photo. I asked if they were a local biz as thats who I prefer: local! When my niece sent me the photo of what she received, I was mortified! Nothing close to what I ordered! And these looked like old bouquet from Raleys marked on sale. It was delivered by Miracle Flower shop which has terrible reviews, too. Not Blossom. After 10 days they finally offered a small credit. Forget it! They are a deplorable business. Wish I could give no star. I will pursue a refund. Cost over $130.
This place is a joke! Worst customer service ever! Ordered and flowers never delivered then when I called to find out why they wanted to charge me more money. I am still waiting for my refund! I hope they get shut down, crooks
Overpriced and changed my delivery date without notifying me. I had to call customer service to find out that it would deliver the next day. I even paid extra for early delivery. If they think a coupon is going to fix anything, they've lost minds.
The flowers were delivered same day as ordered which I appreciated. The arrangement was a little lopsided, but pretty. My real concern was that after giving my cell phone number and other information, I received many sales calls the next morning, more than I ever have. I would certainly find a local florist in the future.
Stay away from ordering from this company! I ordered the flowers for my mother's birthday, and after discussions and selecting what to deliver and e-mail confirmation, nothing was eventually delivered, plus it took me hours on hold to figure this out! And I was not notified during the day that there are some issues with delivery, so I could have ordered somewhere else!
I wish I had googled them prior to ordering. They missed the Mother's Day weekend Delivery guaranteed date and then just cancelled my order 5 days later. This is not where you want to order flowers from.
Do not use. Paid for an $84 arrangement and they contacted Meijers in Traverse City, MI, who delivered their cheapest $15 arrangement. (I mistakenly thought I was ordering from a florist in TC whose name is Blossoms.)
Placed an order day before funeral w/instructions to be delivered at specific time. Everything fine until night before, then AI bot kept texting me that they didn't have the specific arrangement, could they sub something. I responded repeated yes, with anything. Bot could not understand that, wanted specific item number. Gave 5 or 6. Bot said each one not available. Next day, AT THE FUNERAL, got phone call that they were waiting for me to finalize the order! Told them to forget it, cancel the order, that they had the worst service ever. Caller would not stop talking, trying to sell me an arrangement to go to the family. Had to finally hang up on her! Never experienced such bad service. This is a SCAM!
My flowers were not delivered on the date promised, and not on the second date promised. And the price was ridiculous! Reaching customer service was an absolute nightmare. And when you finally do reach customer service, they are less than interested in actually helping you. Just the attitude of "oh well". Would definitely not recommend for any occasion! Your flowers would arrive faster if sent by carrier pigeons.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend was sweet enough to surprise me with flowers while he's overseas but guess what the flower never came even tho they sent him an email saying that they got delivered. I was talking on the phone with them for almost a week and they were saying " oh we haven't talked to all the drivers yet, I need the sender's confirmation in order to cancel it" meanwhile they never emailed my boyfriend nor they responding to his emails. After many phone calls they finally said that they will refund him in 2-6 days. Now we wait and see.
They take your money, charge multiple fees, deliver days after the agreed date (5 days late in my case), cannot offer the arrangements displayed on their website, characterize the delivery as successful, do not answer their phone, and send auto email responses.
This is a terrible business. I ordered flowers. They did not arrive on the date schedule. I spent many hours on the phone with their customer service. I received conflicting reports about whether the flowers have been delivered. It took several days to sort this out. They continually sent me text messages and emails with conflicting information. Buyer beware. There must be better floral shops in the area.
