I ordered flowers for my best friends fathers funeral. I chose this place because of all the reviews. The flowers I ordered were nothing like what the website showed. While I realize the pictures can vary somewhat, these were pathetic looking. I was so embarrassed. I contacted them to work something out. We exchanged emails and after they said they'd get back to me, two weeks went by. I emailed several times w no response. I called back and they offered me a $10 refund on a $70 order saying that they find the arrangement they sent acceptable. You tell me? These were pathetic and I felt so bad. I wouldn't use this company again for anything. Several comments were made about the flowers they sent and I was so embarrassed. Buyer beware!
First off they didn't have what I needed! Called to tell me they well get something similar in size.
Also It's in USD money. Not anywhere on the website does it say this. I should have read reviews first. Crooks!'
This so called flower company lied to my friends stating flowers sent to me were delivered & they WERE NOT! Said they were delivered to wrong address by "found them" & that they'd be delivered in a hour! 3 hrs later no flowers AND every time I call for follow up I am caller number 20; 3 different times! I think they are SCAMMERS
My order was never delivered on Valentines day. Could not contact anyone to get information. Only AI responds when you call, text, chat or email. I chose them because they had good reviews however, I believe the reviews are also by AI. Misleading, expensive and unprofessional service. Haven't received a refund yet. Do not recommend.
This business is a sham! The flowers were never delivered! They charged me American money when I ordered from their Sherwood business. I will be reporting this company to the news and also warn people on Facebook. Run from these guys! Run hard and fast! I have taken a photo of what I received from them. You will note that it is NOTHING!
I ordered flowers from blossom flower delivery for a funeral for a veteran. They were to be delivered to the national cemetery. The flowers never showed up. When I called about them, blossom flower delivery, said the driver had an issue and they would bring them to the sacred service in the afternoon. Right before the service, a car pulled up and a girl with a bud face got out. I had ordered a $150 funeral spray standing on legs. This little poultry arrangement had a few little flowers and some greenery, something you could've purchased at the grocery store for $10. Do not use this site.
I paid for rush delivery so the flowers could get to hospital after birth of grandchild but they didn't have flowers to send. On Monday so my son and daughter-in-law went home before flowers and it was a big cluster to get them shipped to their home. Very unhappy about the experience with blossom flowers. I hope at least the flowers are fresh or I may leave a second review.
They tried three times to deliver flowers in a town with 30 miles of roads and the delivery driver said he delivered the flowers three times in a row wrong address. I'm thinking he's on drugs or has $#*! for brains.
I have never written a negative review in my life, but I feel like I need to save others from the experience I had. I ordered a lovely bouquet of pink lilies and roses in a nice vase for my in-laws. When my MIL sent a photo to thank me for the flowers, I was stunned that they looked nothing like what I ordered. The flowers she received were red carnations and roses in a tiny vase. She lives on a tropical island, so I am quite certain the florist could have found nicer flowers if they were out of lilies. I contacted Blossom Florist immediately. I received an AI-generated response saying they'd get back to me within 24-48 hours. They did not. I called again, requesting they either refund my money or send the original bouquet. Their reply was, "The best we can do for you is refund you 15% of the cost of the arrangement." This amount would only cover the tip I left for the driver. I would advise you to avoid Blossom Florist.
First of all they are a call center located outside the US and not a local florist. I ordered an arrangement for same day delivery in Ct. When they failed to deliver, I was contacted, asking what I wanted to do. I requested a cancellation. Three times they emailed me, three times I requested cancellation. I called them only to be told that they didn't deliver the arrangement because "no one was home". Never have I heard that one. Generally they leave it in a discreet location. When I told the rep I wanted a refund, they refused saying that if they'd delivered, I'd be calling complaining that they'd left the flowers. I've lodged a dispute with my cc. Always call and verify that you're dealing with a local business. This outfit is a scam.
I placed an order from this flower shop. I selected a beautiful floral arrangement, mind you it took 45 min. To select one since they advertise gorgeous arrangements on the web sit. Super, super disappointed with the one they dropped off. It looked like they picked it up at HEB. Nothing compared to what they advertised. No greenery like in the one we selected, no roses nor the color that we selected. The worst part about it, is that the flowers were not arranged like a professional would do.
I placed an order of beautiful white roses early June 2023 for a grieving friend who lost a companion. Several days later, no delivery and was informed no white roses. I settled on cream. Still no delivery. Was told they delivered, then sorry, didn't deliver. Several phone calls and e-mails. Absolutely no response. Then finally, 2 weeks later was told they will investigate and respond. Nothing.
Then finally 6 weeks after I placed my order, was told they will deliver IF I pay more money towards the order! Total lack of understanding or compassion! This company should not be in business! I demanded a refund which I doubt will elicit any response!
Worst company I've ever dealt with. All of this in the face of someone grieving a lost companion.

My partner paid $191 Australian ($124.48 Cdn) for a DELUXE Pink arrangement- I received a small arrangement that had 3 carnations, 2 pink roses, 1 red rose, 2 small cabbage flowers and lots of greenery - maybe $7.99 at a grocery store- when I sent him a pic he lost it as not only did it look nothing like the pic he chose but it was Small- he emailed a few times and called - waited in que for 45 minutes only to receive " please leave a message" at the end …. Crappy service is an understatement and overpriced flowers

I ordered same day delivery for flowers, it has been a nightmare all day. My father passed this morning and these idiots keep calling, texting and emailing. I responded to all of contacts and begged them to just deliver the damn flowers. They called to say they can get them there in a few days. Horrible service
This place SUCKS…. On day three of my recipients still not getting their flowers I called and was on hold for 45 minutes before speaking to a real person to ask for a refund. They offered to give me five dollars off woo hoo who knows if I will even receive my refund
Ordered from Blossom Flowers in Grand Rapids over the phone and needed flowers the next day for a funeral out of town. The man on the phone was incredibly rude, I should have hung up but I was in a time crunch. The bouquet I ordered was very different from the picture on their website. It was a joke! Embarrassing that it was given to friends at her Mom's funeral. They wouldn't send me pictures ahead of time either! I should have read reviews and taken more time. So disgusted with this place! Never buy flowers from them, you will need very disappointed! Look at the difference. I could have made that bouquet myself!
I ordered from this company because of their same day delivery policy. It took 3 days for them to arrive. The flowers were not even close to the arrangement I had ordered. Worst of all the flower were wilted and brown from being frozen. Words can not describe how awful they were. What a total embarrassment that I sent them to someone. Only Mortician from the Adam's Family would like flowers from this company.
Today was worst ever.picked out arrangement, today to be delivered, got call out of flowers, need $40 more to get arrangement. I paid that much more, delivered late, and delivery guy let them in Arizona heat and they wilted till person went out to check and saw delivery guy was there an hour ago. Not acceptable, this is 95 degree heat, can't you call or let know coming and wait till they answer door?
I ordered a dozen roses for my wife's birthday, to be delivered Nov. 30, and paid $115 (CDN), with tax, for them. I got a call from one of their representatives late in the day telling me the roses were unavailable and that I would get an assortment of equal value. Instead, I got two roses, a few carnations and some lilies stuffed into what looks like an old mason jar (see attached photo).
When I called to complain, I was told the best they could do was a 20 per cent refund ($13), which means that this pathetic little display cost me $100 – at least twice its value.
The woman I spoke to apologized profusely, but that doesn't mitigate the fact that they cheated me and ruined my wife's birthday gift.
Avoid these crooks like the plague they are. They'll take your money, welch on the delivery, and then stonewall you. Pure scumbags.
I ordered a floral spray for my late sister's coffin on 1/3. You contact me 2 days later saying "supply difficulties" and demand another $55. Call me up the night before the funeral, haven't delivered it to the home, demand another $100. Your company is sub-human. I am totally humiliated.
