Save your money and go elsewhere. Late delivery, flower arrangement ordered not what was delivered & balloons didn't last 1 day. Flowers wilted. 1st box flowers in mail then Bouquet came with balloons. Both wilted. Requested full refund & offered 15% then 20% before told could not offer any further refund.
They substituted my arrangement with grocery store. Flowers in a glass for $115.00. Called customer service and got hung up on twice until I called from another phone when I got offered $11.00 off. Disputing with my credit card. THIEVES. Below you will see what I ordered versus what was delivered.
I placed 2 orders going to the same house. 1 was delivered and the other one was not. No notification! This was for my daughter on her prom day. The customer service representative Maria offered me a $10.00 off coupon off my next order. This was by far the absolute worst service I have ever seen. I would not recommend this company for anyone even if they were giving something away free. Horrible, unprofessional!
They delivered an overpriced bouquet of half-dead flowers, on a different day than was specified. I had to wait on hold for 17 minutes before talking to a customer service rep. When I complained, they offered a 30% credit, which is NOT a satisfactory resolution. They should either provide a full refund or remake the order using FRESH flowers. This is what I paid nearly $90 for. Disgusting!
I ordered for a friends husbands funeral, ordered to the widows home. After placing order they said they could not deliver on the day but promised an even nicer arrangement to compensate, big lie! They delivered flowers that looked like they were picked off of the neighbor bush and stuck in a vase. I was so embarrassed and mortified when I saw what they sent. The only offered me a 30 percent refund, but I told them I wanted a full refund. They refused. They are a scam, never order from them.
I ordered a large, full flower basket with a Mylar balloon for a good friend in the hospital. I got the sparse arrangement in a glass vase with no balloon at all as shown in my photo. I reached out several different ways, took days to respond and then only offered me 10% refund. After a week, they said final last offer was 20%. I asked for another delivery and they said no. Horrible delivery experience, terrible customer service.
I ordered before Mother's Day flowers for my mother across the country. I put in her address for delivery. Paid and got confirmation that it was on the way. They didn't deliver on the first day but was given a notice it would be delivered by Mother's Day. The day came and went still no delivery. I call Monday and am told I'll be called back in 14 minutes. Then an hour later I get a call and am placed on hold and am being told they never could deliver to that address. Then why did your system take the order. No answer other than we are sorry. Poor excuse for a business do not trust your delivery to actually be delivered.
Purchased flowers for my wife's birthday. They could not deliver them so I cancelled the order. They said the refund would take 2-6 days...it's been three weeks. They claim to have made the refund...my bank assures me that nothing has been returned to me. Stay away from this outfit.
How a company can do this to people is beyond me. My son ordered an 80 dollar arrangement. A lady left outside a baby poinsettia when he ordered nothing like that. Looks like an 8 dollar plant remaining at store after Xmas. I placed it on top of a candle so you can see how small it is. Buyer beware. These people are thieves.
I should've read reviews before I ordered from this company. They are awful and will never forget what a nightmare of an experience I had with them. You name it, they suck at it. Communication, availability of products and services, and they will only refund $5 for inconvenience. Screw the foreigners who claims they are stateside but they have absolutely no clue what is going on.
This company is a scam. They make representations to deliver and then don't. But they have the Gaul to charge you anyway. They are rude if you call and try to talk with a representative, put you on hold saying "you are number 12 in line your wait will be 3 minutes. 45 minutes later a rep answers. If you desire brain damage…order through them.
My man ordered 12 red roses with babies breath in a nice vase. $115.00 later I got a pitiful bouquet of basically mums and 1 rose. He paid extra for the roses because they were sold out and had to go pick them up. The actual florist said called and said blossom flowers said the order was for a $50.00 bouquet. How many roses and babies breath do you see.? Does this look like $115.00 worth of red roses?
I ordered an arrangement for my wife on our anniversary they called me at night after the arrangement was supposed to be delivered during the day. To say they needed $60 more dollars to get the flowers from a different supplier. Never again not trust worthy at all
I ordered online and was contacted quickly to ensure working phone number. Then flowers never showed up and I contacted the company via email, phone call, and text. They went silent. Further investigation shows this is not a reputable company. Do not buy or share information with this company or subsidiaries.
I ordered flowers for a funeral multiple days in advance. The day of the funeral they emailed me and said they were having difficulty with my order at the time they were supposed to deliver. No one called me. When I tried to call back I waited over 45 minutes and they never sent my flower. They tried to keep my money and offered to send the flowers at a later date Absolutely horrible company and hopefully goes out of business.
Presents itself as a Canadian company then quotes in Canadian dollars for an order from Alberta to BC. Upon billing Mastercard a slight of hand making it an American dollars purchase. At an excessive exchange rate I might add. Then have the nerve to charge an international fee as a seperate billing.

This company is untrustworthy. I ordered premium flowers to be delivered on a specific date, and paid extra for the privilege. Not only were no flowers delivered on said date but, when delivery was finally made, the flowers were half dead and looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered. Customer service was full of apologies, offered a discount on the existing order, and dangled a larger discount on the next order. There will not be any future orders from me. My mistake was in not reading the litany of terrible reviews before doing business with this company.
Ordered dozen roses to be delivered at my wife's place of work for our anniversary - and paid $6 extra for expedited delivery. Was never delivered. Now trying to get my money back - good luck with that! MY FAULT for not first reading the reviews.
Scam! Avoid using this company (and their affiliated company 'Sunny Flower Delivery') at all costs! They reneged on their service after I ordered flowers for my sister for Christmas. Flowers never arrived, then they apologized and said I would need to pay more to allow for a local flower company to fulfill the delivery. I asked for a refund which led to numerous back and forth emails with a AI customer service bot. I deeply regret not having checked independent customer reviews before I used this company. Duped
I ordered flowers for my best friends fathers funeral. I chose this place because of all the reviews. The flowers I ordered were nothing like what the website showed. While I realize the pictures can vary somewhat, these were pathetic looking. I was so embarrassed. I contacted them to work something out. We exchanged emails and after they said they'd get back to me, two weeks went by. I emailed several times w no response. I called back and they offered me a $10 refund on a $70 order saying that they find the arrangement they sent acceptable. You tell me? These were pathetic and I felt so bad. I wouldn't use this company again for anything. Several comments were made about the flowers they sent and I was so embarrassed. Buyer beware!
