Flowers and teddy bear did not match photo. Gave weird troll instead of listed bear. Lied about same day shipping, they arrived 2 days late. Flower were starting to go bad when received. Overpriced. Use other flower shops and avoid this one.
Ordered flowers 10 days ahead of delivery date to deliber in Chandler AZ, only to call them to get an excuse cause they failed to notify me that their order of flowers didn't come today to make delivery, of orders, if you had better management you would have filled the order on Fri or Sat to delivery today, you ruined a bday suprise, never again for this $#*!

I spent an hour picking the perfect bouquet. They substituted my arraignment with a completely different color scheme and different flower types. The teddy bear I ordered was not delivered. After over a week of me trying to get in touch with them, they gave me a code for a discount of $12.87. That doesn't even cover the bear. I am still trying to get in touch with them again.
They are VERY difficult to get in touch with. All posted email addresses bounced back via Microsoft. The only response I received was via the online contact form. I never received a confirmation email invoice/receipt. Luckily I saved the screen print of my summary.
Order not delivered on time. I ordered sympathy because I liked that arrangement better. I gave specifics that the flowers were for a funeral. I had delivered to my uncles house because you said that they couldn't be delivered to where the funeral was. I expect my money back please! Purchased the $114 Natures Splendor bouquet for a funeral. The picture had 12 red roses intermittent throughout a display of white lilies and green ferns. We were totally embarrassed at the funeral to see a bouquet of just 12 roses stuffed in a vase with no accompanying flowers of any kind. When I called to complain, I was told they always substitute if needed, and provide like value. Please note there was no substitution for the lilies and fern arrangements. It looked like a very bad home arrangement that I would do and was inappropriate for a funeral. Blossom delivery asked for a picture of the flowers for proof, and of course, who takes pictures at a funeral. We did not receive like value for our purchase nor was there an appropriate substitute funeral arrangement provided. I do NOT recommend blossom flower delivery.
Read the Yelp reviews. This company is a scam. Everyone has the same issue - you get charged, no confirmation email, the flowers never arrive, and you can't get through on customer service to get a refund to cancel. STAY AWAY!
Sent a plant for a funeral. $77 for a plant. They couldn't find the funeral home (!), so order was delayed by a day. Plant I requested wasn't available, so they sent a Peace Lily, which I didn't want, and informed me of the switch AFTER the funeral. Trying to get resolution to this is a joke. Next step is disputing the charge directly with Visa. Call local to find people who know what they are doing!
My flowers never got delivered. I ordered the 3 days in advance. The refused a refund and sent them 7 days later. I couldn't get anyone to call me back for days. Worst customer service. Over 100.order
I made an order for flowers and they were delivered late to my friend with a message that said they were from someone we don't know to someone we don't know! Completely ruined my gift! Furthermore I have been in touch with their so-called customer service for several days trying to get a refund. They say they need an order number from me but they never gave me one, something I hadn't noticed at the time. I've seen from other reviews of them that other customers have experienced this. Shame on them for ruining people's special occasions and then stealing our money!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I placed an order on 1/13/25, to be delivered to a funeral home on 1/14/25, for a funeral on 1/15/25. The order was never delivered and I didn't get a confirmation email! Tried several times over two days and could never get through! I had to dispute this with my credit card company. SHAME on people who rob and steal from others!
I pay extra to be delivered before 1pm for my daughter's birthday and they didnt and didnt call or let me know the delivery was late. Terrible customer service.

My experience was the same as so many other duped customers. What is being delivered is nothing like the advertised product. I just wonder who is putting together these arrangements. Pitiful on so many levels. Lesson learned.
I'm not too sure where to start? The late delivery, the customer service, the dead flowers they delivered. The customer service is mostly AI and the people that email you or call you are plain stupid. Good luck getting someone on the phone, their calls are flagged as spam and you will wait forever on hold for the next agent. Once I got the agent I got hung up on every SINGLE time. The delivery was late which they blamed on bad weather, it was perfectly fine. They then decided to deliver them AFTER 9 PM! Woke my kids up and then to my Suprise, they were the most terrible flowers I have ever seen. It was totally embarrassing sending those to someone and the company should be embarrassed. YOU SHOULD USE THEM IF YOU WANT TO WASTE $100 DOLLARS ON FLOWERS AND HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS AT ALL AND THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THE FLOWERS WERE HORRIBLE BUT STILL WILL NOT AND DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM.
Awful! Set the Calming arrangement as a sympathy gesture to my sister-in-law It was nothing like the picture! Not the same colors or even the same flowers. They looked wilted and old. We were so embarrassed! They said they'd investigate and get back to me in a day - and never did. Do not order from them! Their ad makes it sound like they're local - they are Not! Do not use them!
Yes the pictures & $ are great. What you receive at your door are horrible. Sent a complaint with pictures of what was ordered and received. Their AI CS Rep say "sorry" will we make a new arrangement and our logistics team will get this new arrangement redelivered. Its a lie, CS real rep laughed at the email I received and stated we will offer 10% refund. I was so embarrassed on what was delivered. My local grocery store sells nicer flowers. Find a florists local or use the 1800flowers. Stay clear of this company.
They won't even honor the emails they send you. I ordered an arrangement that contained 30+flowers. The flowers received was mostly greenery for filling, did have 3 iris's but was missing the purple daisy, white daisy, and about 20 flowers. So disappointed with what was received and the lack CS.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Blossom! They are a total scam! They present themselves as a local brick and mortar shop in the area where you're searching for florists, but they are just an online service who must have the worst of the worst florists fill their orders! (Either that, or they give the florist such a pittance of the price that you pay them that the florist has no choice but to send a ridiculously small, sub-par arrangement).
The arrangement I sent to my sister cost $70, and I wouldn't have paid $20 for it in a food store or Produce Junction! (I wouldn't have even purchased it for $20 because it was so poorly arranged)! When I complained to their customer service, they offered a measly 10% back, which was insulting. They eventually came up to 30%, but that was still unacceptable to me. I told them that I wanted a $50 reimbursement or I want nothing. They took me up on nothing, so I am doing what I told them I would do - I will spend my day writing reviews about their terrible, scammy business.
