I have been investing with Blockchain for a while and I have had few pleasant experiences with them, but lately they have not been paying out, I find it difficult to have my money withdrawn, but in alternative I have been using ADVASTMARKETS and I have been having massive profit and good experience

Long story and I wont bore you, but they used all my savings and then wanted me take out a loan for more money, just to refund my investment, which I was unaware I had to start with. Very angry and upset. How these people can sleep at night i don't know and must have stones for hearts. Can anyone can tell where i can go for help, I live in England.

Transaction pending for 30 days now. No communication, sent a dozen emails and opened tickets. No response! I'm a normal person using small bitcoin amounts for normal legal means. No reason to withhold my transaction. The name suggests trust but that's a facade. Past glory. They have no customer support and no means to contact them via phone. Report them to the Trading Authority and /or open a complaint with the police or financial institutes. They literally steal your money. Scammers! 0/0.

Blockchain.com are all a bunch of scamming maggots. They took all my money and sent it to a Meta Mask GoerliETH account which is completely fake and balances are not real.
I hate these people with a passion. Never get involved. I hope everyone at Blockchain.com die a horrible death!

And when I try to contact the support department, they just suspended my support. I ask for it, but no answer.
They do the same as And I ask them to give me my money back which they didn't do thanks to the salvage company "R ECOU PAS SET • O RG" for helping me recover my lost one, now I have a refund. I recommend them

Whatever you do don't trust Blockchain.com or any other crypto exchange. They allowed 21,000 of bitcoin to be taken out of my wallet, knew where it was transferred to and did nothing to help get it back, no one to talk with, no informing the authorities, no nothing. There is no protection for any of you. They could care less. The FTC did nothing, the FBI did nothing and local authorities have no jurisdiction. The whole thing is a fraud!

I was not able to withdraw my money $73,067.44 and when I contacted the blockchain support via their support email address and my issue was solved.

I was originally compelled by Blockchain.com's advertised rate of interest for funds held on their platform. I wired fiat funds to my Blockchain.com wallet (according to their provided instructions), and they promptly went missing for almost two weeks. Once they were "located" and credited to my wallet, they were unable to be invested until they were exchanged into a stable coin. I was told by customer service that conversion could only happen on their Exchange. Excessive trading fees on the Exchange then ate into my investment funds for a total of about 1 week's worth of interest. It then took another week to get these now-investable funds back into the wallet (that's right – 3 weeks of delay so far after including the original period of time where there was no clue as to what had happened to my money). This transfer back to the wallet was only allowed by Blockchain.com after submitting to the financial equivalent of a digital rectal exam in order to confirm the legitimacy of the money. Blockchain.com (the wallet) had no problem whatsoever accepting my originating fiat funds as they were wired into their platform. As soon as I tried to actually start earning their advertised rate of interest, however, problem after problem emerged to prevent that from happening. All told, excessive trading fees and a total of three weeks of delay resulted in essentially a one-month loss in the time-value of my funds. I transferred my stable coins as soon as I had control over them again to BlockFi. You'd do much better there, with Nexo, on Crypto.com, or probably many other platforms like Abra and so forth.
