They're definitely not what they claim to be, and if you are not careful they will take all you have. I was restricted from my account and i had $178,000 that was stuck in there i was so depressed until a friend told me to reach out to the best and trusted recovery company and i did sent them a mail " support@ globlerecovery. Com i was surprised they facilitated the retrieval of all my lost funds that was stuck in Blockchain in just few day.

All they are interested in is to make you invest more and more, never to allow you to make a single withdrawal. dataforensicvault.com. Gave me a reason to smile again, by granting me withdrawal access.

Avoid at all costs. They will suspend your account randomly and block you from withdrawals. Customer service simply ignore all emails. It's shocking

I had a significant holding with this company. Over ₿0.5 and around £2.5k of other cryptocurrencies. I decided (in hindsight unwisely) to transfer my Bitcoin to an interest-bearing account on their server, this is subject to a 7-day holding period.
Within 2 days of doing this, I received an e-mail telling me that I had violated their terms and conditions and that my account would be frozen in 24 hours. I managed to remove my other holdings however, as my Bitcoin was held for 7 days I lost access to it.
Then began my trial with their support. It took nearly a month to get a reply and after a while, the support agent agreed to transfer my Bitcoin to an address I gave them within 24 hours.
At this point, all contact from support stopped and my coin was not transferred. Then began another month of one-sided dialogue with no reply from support and no sign of my Bitcoin.
Eventually after reading the reviews on this website (appalling reviews I might add) I saw someone had reported them to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (Google them) and had a positive result. I did the same and within 2 days I had my Bitcoin returned to me.
Shout out to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau which doesn't charge for this service and a big negative to Blockchain.com. I am pretty sure if the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau hadn't got involved I would not have got my coin back. Believe me, the thought of losing over ₿0.5 caused me a good deal of stress.

They just make my account ******* to zero 0.
And when I try to contact the support department, they just suspended my support. I ask for it, but no answer.
They do the same as And I ask them to give me my money back which they didn't do thanks to the salvage company "R ECOU PAS SET • O RG" for helping me recover my lost one, now I have a refund. I recommend them

This the most useless crypto website I've used, I have been using this website for two years saving my crypto there, thinking I was in the right side not knowing I can't make a withdraw, I've been depositing all the time, i contacted the support service for the guidance to withdraw my ******* USD but I was unnoticed, I can't let this slide I report it to /gu ru D e. Li v e / after three days of filing the complaint I got my refunds,

I emailed them and asked a question on where did my money go when I sold my share. Instead of answering me they told me they are going to close my account and if I don't get my money out it will be lost forever.

Dont deposit money in this $#*!ing $#*! scam blockchain. $#*!ing fraud site dont accept transactions for many months without any reply.

I was not able to withdraw my money $73,067.44 and when I contacted the blockchain support via their support email address and my issue was solved.

I was originally compelled by Blockchain.com's advertised rate of interest for funds held on their platform. I wired fiat funds to my Blockchain.com wallet (according to their provided instructions), and they promptly went missing for almost two weeks. Once they were "located" and credited to my wallet, they were unable to be invested until they were exchanged into a stable coin. I was told by customer service that conversion could only happen on their Exchange. Excessive trading fees on the Exchange then ate into my investment funds for a total of about 1 week's worth of interest. It then took another week to get these now-investable funds back into the wallet (that's right – 3 weeks of delay so far after including the original period of time where there was no clue as to what had happened to my money). This transfer back to the wallet was only allowed by Blockchain.com after submitting to the financial equivalent of a digital rectal exam in order to confirm the legitimacy of the money. Blockchain.com (the wallet) had no problem whatsoever accepting my originating fiat funds as they were wired into their platform. As soon as I tried to actually start earning their advertised rate of interest, however, problem after problem emerged to prevent that from happening. All told, excessive trading fees and a total of three weeks of delay resulted in essentially a one-month loss in the time-value of my funds. I transferred my stable coins as soon as I had control over them again to BlockFi. You'd do much better there, with Nexo, on Crypto.com, or probably many other platforms like Abra and so forth. Strong recommendation to avoid Blockchain.com!

Blockchain.com are all a bunch of scamming maggots. They took all my money and sent it to a Meta Mask GoerliETH account which is completely fake and balances are not real.
I hate these people with a passion. Never get involved. I hope everyone at Blockchain.com die a horrible death!
