Just wanted to give a shout out to Nadine. She gave great service! I had to jump off the phone due to work and she continued to take care of my issue.
Tons of maps that no one likes that always get with no option to exclude them. No way to permanently mute the jerks who spout racial slurs, the block goes away after the game ends. The blocking of spam music over voice doesn't 100% work as the sound leaks in as if the condition to test if they are blocked happens after the transmit, not before.
I called customer service to inquire about a return refund that was going onto an eGift Card for Christmas. I had to act like I was placing a new order to even get anyone on the phone, Online chat was worthless. I called to say I hadn't received an email with my eGift Card refund. Someone sent one-the interactive link was blank. Called again- email resent- link still went to blank page. Next call opened a ticket with support. I didn't hear anything back so I called again- asked for a refund to my credit card. They told me that wasn't possible because my refund had been placed on eGift Card. BUT I didn't have any eGift Card. When I did receive an email from the Gift Card Support Team with an attachment- that attachment was blank also. Doesn't anyone check their work? No way to contact this support team. After 3 days and 8 phone calls, I finally was transferred to a supervisor- Shakira. She looked through all emails and tried to help. She took my phone # and promised to call me if we were disconnected, She apologized and I could tell she was frustrated to not have an answer for me. She submitted another ticket- I am still waiting on a resolution, but Shakira sent me an email with the ticket number & her information so I had all the details for my issue to date. Her attitude and attention to me as a person- also a customer, was exactly what was needed. This gift was for my son. I was never going to order from Blizzard Gear again. Shakira has made me hold that decision to see what the resolution will bring. She is an excellent representative for this company. For any/every company. Thanks again, Shakira.
Had an issue with some damage on my initial order. Was sent a new one which had a print defect. Andrew provided me with excellent customer service and ensured that the next one would be perfect. It was!
I have an issue with updating my authenticator and sent them a ticket. The problem with their system is that you have to be logged into the account to respond to the ticket. How the hell am I supposed to respond to the ticket if the problem is literally me trying to log into my account? On top of this, they do not have a live chat or phone support. I have sent multiple emails trying to get access back to my account but to no avail. This is a horrible way to treat your customers.
I think everyone who is responsible for their NEW ban-system are completely $#*!ed. There are no signs of braincapacity left in blizzard and their customer service. There is nothing good to mention, I hope you burn in hell and rotten there. I will move to private servers as they are more normal in the head whoever is responsible. I just got banned for being harassed and stating that it's not ok to harass people. This was the end for me blizzard. Bye.

Dont even concider it as entertaiment unless you like to fight with support that doesnt respond or live with errors that never seem to get fixed some have been around since I was a level 10 and I played it when it came out Just today only in 1 hour of play I had 2 quests that did not work at all and 1 raid that the last boss would not triggerso as usual I quit playing and thought how stupid I was to have renewed again last month
Completely changed a release making it unplayable but refused to refund it after all the explanations and justifications on what they did. Funny enough they recognized the frustration and the harm they did.

Brought 2 mouse mats and a pin from store they refunded me mats without telling me and sent the pin, they did not refund any sort of postage or ask if I wanted to continue with the order so I paid $50 for $10 pin and after emailing them they said it was out of stock but the website still says in stock and ships in 2 days
I had ordered an item that unfortunately arrived damaged. It happens. Cristin was very helpful in getting me a replacement. Unfortunately that item also had to be returned. My refund was issued quickly. Disappointed I could not get the item I wanted but service was amazing. Will order again in the future.
You keep shutting the servers down and not even communicating what is wrong or what you're really investigating and no compensation is being done.
