The blinds are nice, but I ordered 34 1/2" wide and received 34 1/8" wide, which allows light on each side of the blinds to come in.

They sent over half of the order either defective or too big. I used their directions and they didn't take a big enough cut off of them. They wanted to charge me to fix their issues. They kept asking me to send pictures of the defective blinds. How can I send a picture of a blind that wont open?
In the end I had to file a dispute with American Express. Absolutely terrible nightmare experience. I should have just went to a local big box hardware store and had them cut them at the store. Wouldn't have been much more if I just went there... and didn't have to wait two weeks.

While these blinds were easy to order and on the cheaper side, it is not worth the hassle. The blinds are cut to the correct size but the holes for the cords are off so the blinds look crooked. One of my valances is way too short (under cut). Also, I ordered the same exact type of blind and they all came with different parts and NO INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. This was possible the worst place I have ever ordered from.

The directions on the website were very clear. When I did call my question was answered quickly and clearly.
My blinds came and they fit PERFECTLY! Most of all, when they are completely closed they don't let in hardly any light-great for the AZ sun.

I have a double window in our bedroom and I ordered the faux wood blind for it. It was delivered quickly and fit perfect. I am so happy with it. I can let a little or a lot of light in and raise the bottom a little for my cat. She is happy too. Thanks Blindster. It makes my bedroom look complete.
Blindster made measuring & ordering EASY and shipping was super fast, came sooner than expected. Although I didn't have the time to order samples, the color selected was perfect for the room and blind fits very well, as well as it looks great!
Blinds were ordered on 5/28 and delivered on 6/22 - much later than expected delivery window. This was due to large volume of orders from the Memorial day sale, which is fine, but I wish that they'd told us this up front, that there may have been delays due to high volume of sale orders--I may have shopped somewhere else if I knew about the delays earlier. We had overnight guests that I had expected to have the blinds in time for.

Ordered blinds for our new house. The quality and the price of the blinds are superior to what you find in the department stores. The blinds are easy to install. All blinds arrived and one blind was damaged. I called and spoke to someone who promptly took care of me. I emailed a picture of the damaged blind and they are shipping me a replacement. No hassle, I don't even have to ship the damaged blind back. Our windows look amazing with the new blinds.

Ordered roll up shades with metal chains. The shades are difficult to raise and lower. Very stiff
Ordered 2 roller shades, one was the correct length, one was cut about 1/8 inch too long. Blindster remade the shade and it is on it's way!
We love them. The only problem that we had was wrong size, but they were very prompt to fix that by sending replacements right away. The others that were not the wrong size fit like a glove and work very well. Thank you so much.
I've rordered these shades before and they were very good quality. This recent order was disappointing! Seems the mounting hardware is substantially reduced to cheap thin metal. The handle that attaches to the shade has also been reduced in quality, it's smaller, thinner and keeps coming off when lowering the shade. The frame is smaller and less substantial that my previous shades. Final the cellular looks the same but several shades had slight imperfections. For these reasons I will probably not order anymore.

The shades on this order were made by the same factory. On this order they were out of the PVC headrail material needed to make this order. So they substituted using the Premium headrail system (which is actually considered to be a better, more sturdy headrail). If you want we can remake your shades with the PVC headrail system when the material is received by the factory.
The fabric is the same and there should be no imperfections. I will call you directly to get everything resolved as soon as possible.

I will contact you direct to see what we can do to take care of this. If the factory made the shade incorrectly we will remake the shade to the correct size. If the shade needs to be a different size we can take care of it under our Fit or Free Policy.
All factories make a width deduction when blinds or shades are ordered as inside mount. They expect you to order the shades using the actual window opening width (smallest of the widths at the top, middle & bottom of the window). They then make a deduction to allow the shades to fit inside the brackets and move freely in the window.
