Great blinds

I was pleasantly surprised--I was not sure what to expect as the prices were so low especially with the sale that was going on when I ordered my blinds and ordering online for something like this. I have four windows with odd sizes so needed custom sizing. They are beautiful and fit exactly as I ordered. My husband put them up and had no problem with that. The only complaint I have is that they should have been wrapped better for shipping--there was a dent in the top of one of the blinds but it was in a place that was covered by the valance so I did not need to return it. The dent was the fault of UPS as the box was smashed in and torn open--but better packing would have protected it.

Roman shades

Very pleased with the results. One of the colors was on back order and customer service was very open and keeping us informed every step of the way. The shades came in before the due date. The finish was excellent and the fit was practically perfect. Will use them again.

I have nothing but praise from my experience with Blindster. I made a mistake in the placing of my order and customer service was prompt to fix the problem and were very understanding. Blindster has a good product, fair price and fast service. I'll be ordering more shades from them.

Wasted my time. SOOOOO upset that after ME calling them 3 times to see where my order was they kept saying we are backed up dont worry you will have it on this date. Well a week after that date I called back again and they said sorry I"m not allowed to call the factory and bug them so I can't actually give you a ship date WHAT? Cancelled order. Never again!

One small problem

Site easy to use. Phone questions answered with little wait. Delivers in reasonable amount of time. Problem is the blind hangs down lower on one side, nut hung straight and checked with a level. Need to call and see what can be done. Not the same quality a a Levelor, blind, but better than big box brands and good price.

Easy to do business with

I heard the ads on Rush's show and decided to order them site unseen by phone. I had confidence in the quality just listening to their guarantee. I ordered 5 large white insulated blinds. They came in exactly 2 weeks to the day as promised. They installed easily and really do insulate. I opened the blinds on a 6 foot wide box bay window and the heat poured out of it from the sun. They will pay for themselves keeping unwanted heat out during A/C season and heat in during heating season. 5 blinds were 500 dollars. They are not blinds as you would think. You cannot adjust them so you can look out. They are solid, pleated, double walled material that fold up when you hoist them up. Get white as I did if you want light and insulation at the same time.
