I checked both this and another site before placing my order. Both offered discounts, but I chose Blindster.com because their discount saved me over $70! I received an email immediately upon placing my order. Then I received one saying my blinds were in production. Then 3 weeks later I was informed they shipped. We are happy with the end result! We ordered blinds for a room we were renovating. The website instructions were clear and very precise. When we did not request a sample, they asked us to confirm our colour choice. The blinds arrived earlier than scheduled and we were very impressed with their quality and packing. The blinds were easy to install and instructions very clear. I have a dozen windows that needed blinds and they were all custom sizes. I got a quote from a reputable blind installation company and the estimate started at $2800. 00! For the same 'wood' 2" blinds with valance Blindster was $480.00! All I had to do was open the box and install. It was easy and the blinds look amazing.
I ordered about 26 blinds. Two of them were defective and 3 didn't fit because of my mistake in measuring.

I was given the web address by a co-worker. I loved the options, and the measuring instructions were great. I measured and ordered my blinds during a great sale. I received an email offering to send me samples. I received the samples, finalized my order and the blinds arrived within 2 weeks. I installed them and they look just great. Thanks so much!
The blinds turned out looking great after Blindster had to remake the order when Fedex lost the first shipment. The second set showed up slightly damaged (Fedex AGAIN) but at this point, we worked on them to get them to work instead of raising another issue that would make further delays.

Wish there were specific, hard copy instructions that came with order. I've installed many in my time, esp as a professional interior designer, but no idea how to figure out these brackets & install for my Premium, corded, top/down bottom/up, blackout, single cellualr. On-line no help either as my product not listed and pics, directions are minimal.
Aside from knowing how to install, unless professional installer, the shades are lovely. Will be interesting to see how long the plastic components & operating mechanisms hold up over time. No complaints re price & protection plan.
I also wish there had been better selection of pale off-white neutrals in the cellular shades.
I made sure that I had all of my measurements exact before I placed my order. The order arrived on my doorstep exactly when Blindster said it would. Customer Service answered every question I had before I placed my order, and putting up my new roman shade took 10 minutes. When and if I need to replace this new blind rest assured that I will be ordering from Blindster.com again!
Being a bonehead I did provide the wrong measurements, they made another blind with the correct measurements hassle free. Very much appreciate their understanding. The mistake was 100% mine and they were 100% awesome

Unfortunately, my contractor measured 2 of my windows wrong and we received blinds from Blindster that were 1/2 too big. I called customer service and within a few minutes, I had 2 new blinds coming my way, no charge- just a shipping charge as they were oversized 8ft windows. They really do replace blinds that are cut wrong no matter who made the mistake and in this case, the mistake was ours, not theirs.
I ordered 7 blinds, 4 were defective. One I was able to repair( couldn't raise or lower), the others the tilt adjustment didn't work. I won't order from them again.
