I submitted my sizes on both blinds as 34 and 5/8". The actual size received is
34" on both. This leaves quite a lot of light in on both sides of blinds. Being custom made an ideal size would be 34 and 1/4". My wife is disappointed that

The blinds were good and easy to install, but a couple of the blind frames were bent at the top when we opened the boxes. It didn't appear to be a shipping issue since the boxes were in good shape. It turned out to be ok though since the dents were hidden by the decorative trim.
We ordered the wrong size. Our fault completely. They just charged us the additional cost of the length in a little shipping and send the six brand-new blinds and asked us to donate her boys to charity. That was above and beyond what I expected and I very much appreciate recommend them to anyone
Ordered blinds for our whole house. They arrived promptly and were exactly as expected. The three for the living room were not the right size due to inaccurate measuring and were replaced for only the shipping costs. Thank you, Blindster!

Nothing much to write about product since No other product was there to compare with in terms of product quality. The installation Instructions included are very poor and does not explain much graphically.

I'm sorry your blinds didn't come as expected.
We recommend that you use the window opening width (smallest of the width measurements at the top, middle & bottom of the window) when ordering inside mount blinds. All factories that make window coverings for us (and all factories that I am aware of in the United States) take a width deduction when making blinds/shades to be mounted inside the window. For horizontal blinds the normal deduction is 1/2 inch.
