So happy with our new solar blinds. We placed them in our new all weather room and they are absolutely perfect. We have wood blinds in the remainder of the house and I'm thinking about placing solar blinds over them in the front which receives the very hot afternoon sun. Currently, we have large solar shades on our front porch and it truly makes a difference! Again, these solar blinds are wonderful and thanks for such a great purchasing experience!
We ordered 3 roman shades. One didn't fit - our fault. Blindster made a new one and charged us only a minimal shipping fee! What a great way to do business. The new shade fit perfectly. We're very pleased and highly recommend Blindster.com
Made one purchase on the credit card to blindster.com. The card was compromised and multiple fraud charges occurred. It was the only time the credit card had ever been used then the fraud. The blinds were perfect yet the experience was not.
Bought these roller shades because they roll up & don't obstruct the view outside. They're a great price, nice looking & sturdy.
Blinds were slightly delayed in arriving. Two identical sets. One fit perfectly, the other I had to cut the aluminum box 1/8" shorter. No instruction sheet included. Called CSR for help on valance clips but no help. I finally figured it out, but simple instructions would be helpful.
Blindster staff are extremely helpful. Still, I had to request different mounting brackets for 2 of the 4 blinds. The instructions for top mount are quite clear and the process is easy. Not so for side mount. The directions are confusing. Eventually, the 4 blinds were all hung, but the 2 side mounted blinds can only be held at the preferred height by use of the clip on the side of the window where you can wind the cord. Still, the blinds look great, have solved the glare problem and have helped with the late afternoon extra heat.
Nearly every blind I've ordered from you has either broken, needed to be replaced and/or required fasteners. I am disappointed at your sub-standard, poor quality blinds. I truly wonder how you can exist in business.
I order samples of faux wood blinds to select a color of blinds. They arrived very quick. I ordered 1 in faux wood blinds for patio door s. They look great and are the quality I expected

I purchased five blinds and was very leary about the entire process. The blinds were shipped quickly and packaged very well. The quality is very good - although I have a little trouble with one, it was fixable and the results are not cosmetically apparent. I had previously spent more on Levelor blinds from Lowes, and they were a complete disaster. These blinds are real wood, look fantastic, and even smell good. I did not have to return anything, so I don't know how that process would play out. I plan on buying more blinds in the future.

About two weeks after I placed the order I was informed that the color chosen had been discontinued. Should this not have been known at the time the order was placed? I made an alternate choice and it took some time for them to go into production. That took quite a while. I received the merchandise and was disappointed to see the bottom slat was not slid into the grooves of the bottom rail, and once the blind is constructed it is too much trouble to take it apart to slide it in as it should be and then reconstruct it. Further, the bottom rail did not hang parallel to the slats. The cord was not fastened properly. I took care of that but didn't like having to do it. This is sloppy workmanship.
I'm so sorry you had a problem. There can sometimes be quite a lag between when a material is discontinued by the factory that makes the slats and when the factory that makes the blinds runs out of the color. I agree that you should have been better informed.

I've ordered twice now for a total of four different window coverings. The blinds I ordered are a nice mix of quality, beauty and affordability. Highly recommend.
One blind came in wrong color. Was replaced with the same wrong color. Hoping tp get right color soon.
I'm sorry you have had a problem with your orders. I'm only showing 1 issue on our side back in 2014 so I may not have all the information I need to resolve this. I will call you to get this resolved.
