Great fit and function and look great in a contemporary home. Love that I can move up an down from top to bottom or bottom up for privacy and to shade room from the sun without eliminating the full view out the window. I have placed 3 orders over the past several years. The blinds are built to last and have held up getting full SC sun with no fading or deterioration. Theyare very well designed and easy to mount. I miss measured one of my blinds and discovered my error when I was installing, called Customer Service and they made one wit the correct size and shipped it to me for only the cost of shipping. My error, they corrected. I ordered two blinds one time off the net with a note that I needed withing six days if possible - Five days later they arrived. Great Customer Service

Overall we had a good ending to our project. We had one mistake which was taken care of and we are now enjoying the new window coverings! The Customer Satisfaction dept was awesome!
We ordered four types of blinds three of which we are very pleased with. The two Roman Shades are well made and operate smoothly. The Premium Solar Shade with the chain lift works beautifully. The Premium Solar Shade with the cordless spring roll completely fell apart without rough treatment after four days. I will order from Blindster again because of their great customer service and prompt delivery but I will not order cordless spring roll shades again.
This is my second order from Blindster and I am very pleased with the new shades. This time I ordered the 3% Open with 97% sun block. There is still visibility to the outside which I like. The blinds came within two weeks from my order and are easily installed. Thanks Blindster!
Easy to order online, fast shipping, and great blinds. Both of the blinds I ordered fit very well, and the quality of the blind was much better than the blinds I was replacing. Those blinds were also purchased online, but not from Blindster. I will buy from Blindster from now on. Also found the price competitive or better than other sites I checked.
The blinds turned out beautiful. Just as nice as my neighbors who paid twice as much.
I've ordered blinds 2 times and each time I had to contact them because they claim orders go out 5 to 7 days after approved for production but both times I contacted them 2 weeks after they were sent to production and then all of a sudden they ship that day
I'm sorry you haven't gotten the delivery you expected. I may not have the correct order number for this review. This order was produced in 3 business days (placed on 6/21, sent to the factory on 6/22 and shipped on 6/27). Shipping time was 4 business days with delivery on 7/1.
I will call you to get more information. Unfortunately, in June some of our factories were behind because of the large volume over the Memorial Day Holiday.

I was a little apprehensive about ordering my blinds and whether I measured correctly. They are great and look very nice.
Was impressed with how these roller blinds looked when installed - the exterior mount looks a lot nicer than I expected. Good instructions made these easy to install and use.

The frees samples were great! I The swatches helped me to select the perfect color for my decor. I really like the fabric and the color.
I do not like that the cord is behind the shade. It is really difficult to open and close the shades since I have to reach behind the shade to feel for the cord and then I have to push the shade back as I lift it so it doesn't knock the items off the shelf above the kitchen sink. Also I wish the cord matched the shade since the contrasting white cord stands out against the fabric I picked.
The product appears to be well-constructed and the customer service people are very friendly. My only suggestion is that they should have instructions in the box for installing the valances. It was very frustrating because you expect to have at least a one page piece of paper wuth installation instructions. Not everyone assumes that they can go to the website for instructions.
