I think most aspects went well. What didn't go well was the poor installation instructions. The installation instructions didn't describe the placement of the battery pack and how to locate the battery pack to avoid conflicts with hanger placement. My window header trim is full of holes and clipping the frame to the hanger was trying..
The attachment brackets are tricky. I suggest figuring them out with everything on the floor first before attempting hanging.

While the blind itself looks great and fits well, I ran into an issue right out of the box. The wand was damaged—clearly from being wrapped way too tightly in cellophane. It looks like the damage happened before it even left their facility. I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it, especially since it's not completely broken, so I plan to fix it myself using a plastics bonding adhesive. Still, for the price, I expected better care in packaging. This kind of issue shouldn't happen with a premium product. Because of that, I can't give a full five-star review. I'd really encourage Blindsgalore to review their packaging process—especially when it comes to protecting more fragile parts like the wand. The blind itself is great, but better quality control would make the experience much better.

We are so very happy with our blinds! They fit perfectly and we are truly enjoying the remote opening and shutting of our blinds. A very good purchase.
The blinds look great and fit perfect. But the delivery experience was not good. When I set the order the delivery time was schedule for 14 days and that was my Maine reason to choose this company. Next day of placing the order I was told I had to adjust the blinds to different sizes (two blinds instead of only big one) and from there the shipping time was set for 2 more weeks. The shipping day I didn't get any notice, I waited 3 days and I called to cancel the order because no news about shipping. I couldn't cancel because -I was told-they were shipped that same day so I was not allowed to canceled. They said the delayed was due to international shipping, something that it wasn't told to me before. After a few calls i received the blinds 1 more week later. So over a month/month and a half since I placed the original order. The costumer service was good and kind but this situation with the delivery had me to take extra time to chase the blinds.
