This was the 5th time I ordered shutters from Blinds Galore for my new home in Texas. The last 4 homes all came out perfect and I was so excited and happy doing business with Blinds Galore. However, this time was different, none of the shutters I ordered fit my windows. They we too tall and too wide for every window. I called and spoke to Alex and told him of my issues. He told me to remeasure my windows and do some additional measuring that was not part of my order. I did all that for him ad provided the required pictures he asked for. He told me they could remake them but I would be charged. I did nothing wrong. These were not built correctly to begin with. And the screws that were provided for the hinge bar were the incorrect type of screw. The round head sticks out and binds with the shutter when trying to close.

Everything was awesome. Juan started things by taking the time to go over my whole project. Price was very reasonable. (50% off). Installation was easy, following instructions. All follow up questions were answered immediately. Great job everyone. Thx for the great experience with your company.

No complaints at all. Awesome company awesome service I have not had time to install the blinds as yet, but I'm pretty sure they'll work just fine.

I ordered four natural shades 48.5 inches wide. I received blinds 47.5 inches wide and informed Blindsgalore of the problem and clarified that I needed 48.5 inches wide. The service representative was very helpful even calling the factory to specify the order. The new blinds were 48 inches wide even though they were stamped on the inside 48.5 inches wide. The blinds are beautiful but still not the right size and since they only replace four blinds in a lifetime, even though it is their mistake, I'm stuck.

My measurements were right and your dimensions were wrong. Now my window sill is all scratched up from trying to squeeze them in. I will not be a repeat customer

My installer had o e problem, the string on one side was too tight and makes the blind slightly unbalanced I didn't want to send back.

The blinds arrived as promised on time, securely packaged, easy to install, and look beautiful

Cluster service was good I ordered. I got what I wanted and I got help when I called on how to install them.

Ordered two large solar shades for our sunroom/screen porch. Production took a little bit due to some changes because of their size. They arrived and were relatively simple to install. So far we are very pleased with how much of the sun/heat they are blocking. It's nice because we can still see through them some as well.
