I didn't have high expectations of an online company to buy window treatments... figuring that it would leave me with questions needing to be answered and no one to answer them. I was way beyond wrong! When I called not only was there a human waiting to help me he was super helpful and even explained the sample process. He helped me get the samples ordered and then made sure they showed up to me. The website was super user friendly and allowed me to see what it would cost prior to purchase and they always seem to have a great special deal going. When the product was shipped to me all of the boxes were labeled the way I had labeled them when ordering which allowed for quick installation. Overall, one of the best experiences I have had ordering products needed for my new home!
