Easy to order. Received when promised. Unfortunately 2 of the 6 blinds had to be replaced. One because they were uneven, the other because the tilt did not work.

We ordered 3 custom fit blinds for our living room. The quality is akin to what you'd get at Home Depot (I belive blinds.com is a subsidiary of HD), but with the ability to customize your length and width, as well as how you open/close/lift your blinds. This was incredibly useful as we could customize which side (left or right) had the open/close apparatus, so we could make sure it was easy to open/close the shades based upon what furniture was in front of each window.
My husband installed all 3 blinds by himself (4x6 ft windows) and it only took about 45 minutes total.
I also sincerely appreciate that free samples from blinds.com are GENUINELY free, and arrived very quickly (I think 2 days). I'd highly recommend ordering samples if you're waffling between colors:)
If we need more shades in the future. I'll definitely be ordering from blinds.com again.

They had the color of Levelor blinds that we needed to match our others. Offered multiple options when ordering the customized blinds. We were able to use the existing brackets from the previous blinds on window frames and it worked out great!
I was very happy with the ordering process, the product itself, and the ease of installation. Unfortunately, I made one measuring mistake but that was on me. The items were all made to my specifications and were labeled very clearly. We love our new blinds.

Website is a bit confusing. Customer reps nice however. Took forever to get the exact blinds I wanted. Still don't know as I haven't opened the boxes. Came in three different shipments/times.

Grant was very helpful but there was a communication disconnect at the time if the initial order so they did not fit I called customer service, explained what had and a new order was promptly shipped. Easy to pick choices. Good website. Several years ago (9-10) we bought Bali privacy blinds for our bathroom through Blinds.com. Size and quality were great. Installation was very simple. Once again we have remodeled the same bathroom but changed from a wood tone to a light gray motif. I went back to my records of the first sale and basically duplicated it, changing only the color and upgrading to free lift stringless model. The results were perfect. Love the easy lifting. Thanks for another great experience.
Size was perfect but the slats are no better than a $5 blind from Home Depot. The top slat was bent from the get go. Placement of the brackets over the swivel mechanism is way too tight when drilling into house walls. The screw heads interfere with the swivel mechanism unless the screws are WAY beck in the brackets. Instructions are poor at best.

Installing them one room at a time as I fix walls and repaint the inside of my house. Three of them installed easily. The one with no old window frame was tight and the corner holding wedge cracked out the slot on the frame. Not happy about that as I took every precaution for it to fit. It appeared to be oversized. Still have two more to install. Will contact customer service to see iff they will replace the frame.
I purchased a blind wider than typical. It ought to have been packaged differently that the typically sized blind. It was not packaged with product protection in mind. The blind was delivered bent in the middle. Blinds.com sent me a replacement blind free of charge. The replacement blind also came damaged. This is only my second order from blinds.com and my last.
My third purchase from Blinds.com over many years. This time for a volunteer Fire Protection District. The sales/customer service agent, Steve, was very helpful and in review we corrected the order on a window that was missed in the first quote. I also added two additional blinds to the order. Pricing was excellent with the offered discounts.
No installation instructions. Poorly drilled holes for installation. Blown off by customer service rep. We had to go purchase different screws and hardware to hang after spending almost EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS. Will NEVER do business with BLINDS.COM again.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
