My first shade order was defective- it would never go up after I installed it. You replaced it, but this one is defective as well. It goes up only as I push it up and gather the folded shade and push it up a couple inches at a time! What is wrong with your products? I was considering using your company for other window treatments, but I will not now.
Ordering was very smooth and easy. Blinds arrived relatively quickly. Now, if I only had enough free time to install it, everything would be perfect.

I placed an order based on my measurements. I paid $199 for the "professional" measurement and installation. After measurement by a "professional" (not) the cost of the blinds went up $140. The largest difference in measurement was 1/8". I have a feeling this pro measurement/installation package is really just a tactic to up the price by saying my measurements were off. I don't have the blinds yet so I can't speak to quality but I would strongly encourage people not to fall for the measurement-installation program. The guy who came to measure was rude and very inconsiderate. And, it is a 3rd party vendor so they have no ties to blinds.com - which, I learned, is owned by Home Depot.
The blinds are what we expected. Very easy to install and work well. The hardest part is deciding what we want with all of the choices.

We were able to get free samples multiple times until we finally decided what we wanted. We paid for the installation - a bargain - and we were glad to have the installer come and measure for accuracy. Installation was fast. Would recommend, absolutely.
Waited about 2-1/2 weeks for my blind order to arrive, when I opened the box there was no mounting hardware ir valance mounts. I got ahold of blinds.com customer service to let them know my order arrived missing parts and I couldn't hang my blinds, and they told me I would have to wait 10~12 working days to receive my missing hardware?
I initially left a review citing poor quality of vertical fabric blinds. I contacted customer service after posting the review and found that I was at fault. It seems the blinds were see through because I did not add the pvc backing. Blinds.com is remaking my blinds with the pvc backing and I only had to pay for the pvc backing, shipping and taxes. I should have ordered a sample first.
The blinds were very easy to order online. I was surprised to see how thin, flimsy, and nearly see-thru the fabric blinds were. If I ever order again, I'll be sure to get a sample before spending all that money.
I was easily able to install my (80 inch wide) blinds myself in minutes! They look great and arrived right on time. I would use Blinds.com again.

I own a resort and go through cheap mini blinds quite often so I do not expect them to be high quality or last very long. What I do expect is to get a consistent product. The frame size changes throughout orders along with completely different mounting brackets. So everythime these cheap things need replaced you have to change mounting brackets and put more holes in the frame. Also have ordered dozens with valance and never received valances.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
