Easy and fast to order. But delivery took forever. Was timeframe they said but just forever. Odd size I guess. I was pleased with install ease and quality.
Went well from the get go. The important part is to get the measurements right. Very easy install and I love the crank feature - easy up and down. Blinds are well made and the product was well packed, though one tube was badly damaged there was no product damage. Bought on sale great pricing and shipping.
The color of the blinds didn't match what I'd seen online. I called and they sent me samples, and were willing to replace them! I ended up liking what I'd received initially, when I hung them up, but was appreciative of their concern for my satisfaction.

Customer service has been very nice and helpful with getting my order completed. I had two large windows with 3 pains of glass in each, and the blind valances needed to be next to each other, and I was told that returns would work on the blinds, but they were too thick and spaced the blinds too far apart. Had to order new valances which took longer than expected. Blinds are good quality, but not the greatest.

Product is simple and neat, though ordering process a little complicated -- especially rescheduling process with Home Depot service provider. Sometimes Blinds.com require a call to move the process forward, which is not my favorite method.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
