I had an issue with the original blind I ordered… it didn't come all the way down to the window sill. When I first contacted Customer Service, they sent me a video that explained how to possibly correct the issue. It didn't help. When I called back they immediately reordered the blind and I received in a timely manner. The blind is great now!

Easy to use easy checkout, good communication and arrived within a reasonable time. Only issue was being able to identify which window they went in. I identified each window with a specific label so I would not have any issues. This label was not on window.

The website is easy to manage, and I made the order. The shipping was faster, and the product was received in good condition. But the product comes with a defect, and they can not replace it with a new one.
Very straight-forward, guided customization and purchase process. However, the blinds were on back order for over a month with little communication. They look like good quality but I have not hung them yet. Worried about the motor/app/hub combination based on reviews of the associated app, which were "obscured" until the blinds were delivered. More information about the app in advance would have swayed me away from this brand.

Simple and straightforward. Good phone support, and reasonably priced installing and measuring. Installer was not very deligent. He misaligned my blinds by 1/3 of an inch. When I told him that they were not aligned, he seemed indifferent. I had to tell him 3 times before he was willing to redo it..

Well-made blinds; look great. Were about 1/8' too long (my partner and I both independently checked the measurements of our windows before we input the numbers into the site), so had to take the end caps off to install them in the windows, but not the end of the world.
The blind is okay. The color is good. On delivery, the blind was left on the doorstep even though there was a note with instructions on the door. That is unsatisfactory. Luckily my neighbor brought it in. I will think twice before I order again.
Ordering was easy and to the point. I guess our main concern is the actual quality of the blinds we bought. Pricing was about half of the ones we liked on a known brand such as, Levelor, Bali, etc.

Went well from the get go. The important part is to get the measurements right. Very easy install and I love the crank feature - easy up and down. Blinds are well made and the product was well packed, though one tube was badly damaged there was no product damage. Bought on sale great pricing and shipping.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
