Everything up until I put the blind in the opening was as expected. The quality of the blind, color, parts and directions were all accounted for and what I thought would be there. The bottom frame fit perfectly as measured and the height was also right on, however, they tapered the bottom cut in leaving about 3/4" on both sides. This allows light in and looks less than ideal.
Replacing bathroom shade and I needed to use my computer because colors were poor on my apple phone. Other than that it was easy.
I ordered one blind for the kitchen to see the quality etc. Based on what I received I will place an order for the remaining windows.
This website performs well, and the sales prices are great. The exterior shades keep the west side rooms much cooler. Easy to install for any DIYer.
It was an easy process great communication however there could've been more instructions included. But we figured everything out, and it was fairly simple
Beautiful but a little more translucent than I had hoped. Didn't want black out shades but something a little bit more than they are.
We ordered quite a lot of swatches and ended up ordering several different kinds of blinds. These were for my office, and they are lovely to look at, add a bit of whimsy to my workday,and filter, but do not block, the sunlight. Made to measure worked perfectly.
Full disclosure: my husband is a carpenter so knows how to measure things. I am not a detail person so am quite certain I would have messed it up on my own.
The site is easy to use and very well informative the quality of the blinds is great and easy to install. Will be ordering more in the future.

Quick and easy order. Blinds arrived when they were supposed to and my husband and I were able to put them up without any problem.
We ordered our blinds & installed them in March. They began to slant in July, string broke completely in August. Contacted customer service, sent 3 pictures as proof, have received no response of any kind for 9 days. The 3 year warranty appears to be bull$#*!.
While there are many companies that provide the same or better product, we chose to go with blinds.com and ordered three (3) shades for our family room because of the delivery they promised.
Unfortunately the blinds were nearly a week late without any prior notice or a simple apologies.
Also, the cords are TOO short; every time we want to raise or lower the blinds we have climb over our couch to reach the cord.
I communicated the issue (via an email) to the individual who took our order but NEVER received a call or receive an email to resolve the issue.
So, i would be very careful when ordering blind/shades or any windows covering from blinds.com

This is my second large order from Blinds.com and I am again very happy. Ordering online was an easy process. I paid to have the blinds installed and the cost was reasonable. The installing contractor verified measurements first with an onsite visit and then followed up with the install after the blinds arrived. The contractor was professional and efficient.

I received my roller shade and the product looks decent but as I was unwrapping I seen little black broken plastic pieces all in the bubble wrap that ended up being broken pieces of the snap on end caps. The valance metal is scraped and chipped also the valance fabric is coming off a little bit on the corners and there a few creases in it. I've been trying to contact them but their website says they are not taking emails, I emailed them any way and got no response. Then I tried calling them and the first thing the menu says is press 1 to track your order then they immediately hang up. I've tried multiple times and got the same thing. Now I don't know what to do. Hopefully this review grabs there attention.

I would highly recommend blinds.com to customers. The blinds were beautiful and really complimented our kitchen and dining room. When one set of blinds didn't fit correctly they gave us a new set for free without questions. The customer service was courteous and helpful.
They were super easy to install and look gorgeous! Ordering and installing myself saved me around 3000$ from a bid i got with a local vendor.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
