I really like my blinds and the color I picked. I put them up myself with very few problems. I got better with each blind. Three of the blinds were pretty long at around 73". Soooo, after they have been drawn down for a while, I have to work at it just a bit to put them up. But I think that is to be expected. I will be ordering several more blinds in the future. Thanks.

I ordered your blinds for 2 rooms in our new house. They arrived quickly and well packaged. The first room went up no problems and is perfect! The second room I'd measured the windows wrong - metal measuring tapes want to go at an angle (I find cloth measuring tape is more accurate) and contacted customer service about my error. They sent me 2 new blinds for no extra charge. Both are now up in my windows and are really nice. They help block morning light to let me sleep.
I have 2 more windows- kitchen and bathroom that I plan to match with the same style blinds in the near future (other emergency projects have evolved first). Thank you!
Very disappointing! We purchased 7 roman shades; 4 out of the 7 are unusable. The roller mechanism on one is broken off, the roller mechanism on another has been screwed onto the blind's upside down (this will not allow us to roll up or roll down the shades). The other two have significant scratches on the sides of them and it looks like someone tried to touch it up with white paint…? I am very disappointed. I would suggest purchasing from another company. We spent quite a bit of money and I was expecting, at the very least, blinds that are functional.
Seemed easy. We overestimated size on one so it's quite tight but that was totally our fault. The shipment arrived about a week earlier than we expected which was fantastic. We are very happy with how it turned out

Second time ordering window coverings from Blinds.com. The last time was 16 years ago, so the durability was pretty good back then.
I wish there was more information on the various systems of raising and lowering the blinds that one has to choose from. Knowing what I do now, I probably would have ordered those a little differently.
I have been unable to file a claim for a shutter that arrived broken. I have tried emailing, calling to no avail. Their post purchase product support and warranty claims are a scam. Do not buy from this company, they don't stand behind their products. I resorted to filing a charge back with American Express.
Received samples very quick, found instructions easy to follow and placed the order with just a few clicks. I am not a handy woman but my husband has cancer and cannot help me even with the measuring. Blinds.com made my blinds shopping experience a breeze!

SITE IS CONFUSING - CHAT IS INTERMINABLY SLOW - but got it done. There must be an option for certain people, such as us, who have special windows to keep getting pull strings. We have no kids around. ONE SOLUTION DOES NOT WORK FOR EVERYBODY.
So easy to installl, even a Bama fan can do it. Built solid. Will buy again. I would have liked to lessen the gap between the top and first blind panel. They came out a little short. I'll add another inch or so next time I order.

I have ordered from Blinds.com many times before. I have been very happy with the cellular shades. They fit perfectly, have lasted for years and give us privacy. I was not happy with the wooden slat blinds. They fit perfectly but I could not close them if I opened them all the way. They sent me new ones with no charge, but they had the same problem. I replace them with a cellular shade. I highly recommend the cellular blinds.
I ordered without issues and the shipment arrived earlier than I expected. Installation was a breeze and I love the remote control.
I placed an order on 11/13/22 and received a portion of my custom order within weeks while the balance remained "In Production" for 13 weeks. Initial delivery was estimated to be in Mid-December and it is now the end of January and only claims to have shipped yesterday because I called to cancel the order. Website still claims it is in production and customer service rep would not email me with the ship confirmation. Not truthful and not honest in their representation of facts. Unless you have unlimited capacity to wait for them, I would steer clear of this organization.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
