This was the first time to order blinds online and working with easy. They had clear instructions on how to measure for the different style of blinds. The nine blinds I ordered all fit perfectly. The installation instructions were clear and easy. The blinds arrived well packaged and there was no damage.
It's hard to make choices. I recommend really reading and thinking about each blind, it's location and the working mechanisms.
Have ordered from you previously. Blinds are easy to install and look great! However, once I got them up I noticed a couple of issues. 1. There are several slats that are warped and you mostly notice them when the blinds are closed. I can pull the blinds apart and take the warped on out and place them on the bottom where they are less noticeable, but I shouldn't have to do that. 2. On an inside mount, the valance piece does not fit up to the top of the window frame leaving a light gap. Also they are not long enough to cover the gap between the top slat and the metal mechanism at the top. Valance should be about 3/4 inch longer.
Nice to have the estimate builder function. I little difficult to select some of the features when modifying the estimate. Ended up with duplicate estimates.
I ordered shades from Ama*** and was happy with them. They were the same blinds as on Blinds.com. I needed a custom size for one shade, so I ordered directly from Blinds.com. Perfect match and exactly the right size.

We didnt really like how the blind closes. It does not darken the room and does leave a little gap letting the light come in room. Also it bottoms have significant gaps that if someone is standing outside they would be able to see insides clearly.

I would pay more for attachment brackets made out of heavier gauge metal. Maybe premium brackets could be an option that offered in the future.
