I submitted a negative review and received an email saying it would not be published. The installation instructions did not match my product. There was an ugly safety device not pictured on the website that I did not want on my French door. Be aware that the high ratings posted on Blinds.com are skewed. Avoid this company.
Give them the correct dimensions and they deliver a perfect fit, including all fittings and clear installation directions.
The blinds were for a dormer window in our vaulted ceiling and we had to install it using an extension ladder. It was so easy to install for 1 person! Once the hardware was installed it snapped right in. We ordered the blinds with the motorized remote and solar panel - the cord was small enough we were able to tuck it in the sill. We would definitely order from Blinds.com again!
I'm very happy with the blinds so far. They are pretty, are the perfect color for my room, functional, and affordable. I suggest you add to installation instructions for outside mount that one may need spacers if the frame sticks out from the wall. I was pleased that these were sent to me after the fact for free, though it took a couple of weeks (quicker than predicted by Blinds.com, wisely). However, I only received two and I think I should have received four. I sent an email inquiring about it in 2/21/24 and have not heard back. I improvised but would like to have the proper hardware in place for the long-term mount. Thank you.

Very much appreciated the help from designer Paul on my purchase. He was great in helping me identify more samples to suit our needs. I was frustrated that I couldn't get the roller shade that I wanted in motorized form. Was also disappointed that despite ordering my fabric to come in vertical layout, it came standard. In the end though, we're pleased with everything. The customer service is quite good here.

My samples came right away. I liked the emails that were not sent too often, but gave me chances for discounts. Plenty of info on the website for measuring and opportunities to see what the blinds will look like. Easy to order.
I bought a small blind for a window next to my front door. After 15 days it finally arrived and it was 3 inches too long. Plus the cords were tangled inside the mechanism which made the slats hang at an angle. The slats also do not rotate at all. If I try to rotate them, they simply pull up on one side or the other. I called and was told that I would have to take them down and get into the cord mechanism and untangle the cords myself. Very disappointed in the customer service and the quality of the blinds. The customer service rep kept telling me to try to "lift" the blinds but blinds this size do NOT have a "lift" capability - not by hand or by string. Will keep the crooked blinds as I can't find that size any where else, but would NOT order from this company again.
I ordered 9 blinds on November 27. Estimated delivery date January 4. On January 5 I called to see where my blinds were. For some reason my order was placed on hold by blind.com even though they charged my credit card when the order was placed. I asked fir a manager to call me to explain the delay. My inquiry was"escalated". It is now January 10 and I still have not gotten a call from a manager although I got an email stating my order was shipped with a fed ex reference. The fed ex reference only indicates that a label for shipping was prepared on January 6 with an estimated delivery date of between January 19-24. The blinds were not shipped. I will never purchase from blind.com again and will tell everyone I know to never buy from this company that has no regard for customer satisfaction
This is my second set of blinds I"ve purchased with blinds.com. I've had many samples sent. Every time I"ve spoken with someone they have been so helpful. I've saved over a $1000 dollars and it was speaking with an agent that helped to facilitate that.
Website makes it extremely easy to choose the products I wanted and the purchasing process was streamlined and very efficient. Installing was easy, instructions were accurate. Bought previously for old windows, so already knew I would have a good experience,
All good! Pleasant interaction with design folks - even on a holiday weekend! Website is easy to use, prices are at a great discount but still WAY up there. Ordered ELEVEN blinds and was told no additional discounts - bummer. I am trusting the quality of the product will shine through for these prices! All in all tho, a good experience!

They still aren't right. When I called for help some young girl, who sounded like she knew nothing, couldn't help me at all. She only added to my frustration. I am very mechanically inclined but this installation will haunt me.

Follow their directions and they will send you blinds that fit perfectly in your windows at an amazing value. Great quality - perfect fit. Ordered two separate times for 5 different rooms (we just built a new house) and each set was perfect. I have more to order and I know exactly where I'm getting them!

Ordered blinds for the whole house. 1 arrived broken, one was never shipped and 2 were sized completely wrong. Called customer service and they were no help. Next time I'd call in a professional to come measure and install. Would not recommend blinds.com

Easy website to navigate. You just measure and fill in the blanks, so awesome. And you get to see a sample of what your window will look like. Would recommend this website to anyone wanting blinds. Not to mention it was less than half the price I found anywhere else.
I've been putting this off because I thought it was going to be a lot harder to figure out sizing. But this was such an easy shopping experience. I wish I'd done it sooner. The blinds are beautiful and the installers installed in 20 minutes. I do wish the website did a better job of showing light blockage. I probably would've ordered different blinds.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
