I ordered a cold steel ti lite 4 to my apartment a little while ago and ups said they couldn't find the building but blade hq was very helpful with quick response time and changing the address so it will go threw on ups end so it doesn't get sent back again. The two people I talked to were cloey and I think Zack but cloey emailed me personally with an apology and the shipping number. I will be ordering again

My experience with Blade HQ has always been flawless for my past orders on receiving all my orders in a timely manner, unfortunately I had to return the Flytanium Beef as I personally didn't like the action, crossbar lock studs were too sharp and the spring action of the crossbar locks were too stiff, not as buttery as the bench made bugout or Keyshawn iridium. I reached out to BHQ and they handled my return with no issues and submitted my refund easily back to my card. Cloey E has been exceptional with customer service, I'll definitely be taking my return and put it back into their business with another order soon. Thanks BHQ!

I've placed orders in the past without issue but when changing to a new mailing address they banned my account. They wanted me to send my ID and personal information via email to "unlock" my account. Seems really suspect to ask for someone to send images of their drivers license or other info. There was no 2fa or other check to confirm email account ownership, etc. I've ordered in the past with no issue, so disappointing to see customer service drop to the level of computer-based auto-bans based on automated policies that don't appear to make sense.
