I've placed orders in the past without issue but when changing to a new mailing address they banned my account. They wanted me to send my ID and personal information via email to "unlock" my account. Seems really suspect to ask for someone to send images of their drivers license or other info. There was no 2fa or other check to confirm email account ownership, etc. I've ordered in the past with no issue, so disappointing to see customer service drop to the level of computer-based auto-bans based on automated policies that don't appear to make sense.

A few years ago, I wanted to learn about the newest and best knives on the market. I hit upon the Blade HQ website and found not just a very varied product line, but detailed information about Knife Anatomy: types of knives, knife opening mechanisms, lock types, blade shapes, knife steel, knife grinds, knife handle materials, and knife pocket clips. I ended up with a small collection of knives with a variety of features like the Benchmade Bugout, the Kershaw Launch 4, Spyderco Para 3, and Kershaw Blur to name a few. Each one has a different anatomy, and they are all great knives. But my story doesn't end there. Recently I notified several companies that routinely send me sales promotion texts and emails that due to the current chaos created by the people in the White House, I am fearful of my financial future and therefore suspending all discretionary spending. Of the dozen or so retailers, contractors, and service providers that I notified - only one replied and thanked me for contacting them, stated that they completely understand that times are uncertain, and wished me and my family well - BLADEHQ. Ordered 2 knives before Christmas Dec 13 and 21. Received no notification on my order til January 8. There was no tracking.
Have not received my package yet and FED.EX, is not helping me with any information about where my package is and why.

I ordered a Pirhana knife awhile back and was waiting for it for longer than usual. I finally called and the nice lady informed me that there was a problem with my card. They supposedly sent me an email to that affect but I have yet to see it or I erased it in error. I use these knives a lot and miss them when I'm without so take the time and call me when there is an error. I have bought several knives fro BLADE HQ and think that they would apply my point to the purchase automatically without having to sign in for it. BHQ is a great place to purchase knives just a small change to the accumulated point system would make it greater. Thanks for your time.
