I asked - tell me the models of microtech otf knives that have the new improved design. I have lots of mt knives already so I only want to buy the new ones that have fixed the old "hard to actuate" design. I'm ready to give you money - but - the person responding to my email said it was too much work to look the information up. In other words they are too lazy to make a phone call or type an email to their sales rep at mt. You advertised the new design but fail to make it possible to tell which skus are the new improved ones. This is stupid. You created demand for an item - then fail to create a simple identifying tag for the new items on the web site. So the result is - I buy nothing from you and leave a bit pissed off - aka damage to the brand. Btw go look up my name in your database you'll see thousands of dollars in sales and many mt knives. Ie a customer that's worth helping
I had to return a knife and Alyssa was able to answer all my questions quickly. I had used a gift card and a credit card and needed to know how each would be refunded. She was also helpful with all the return shipping details.

Recently reignited my passion fo knives. When I was a kid a had a little collection that was stolen. Now I'm a big kid and can restart my collection. I orders a crkt berserker axe. When it arrived it had a warped handle and a warped axe head. I wasn't too bothered by the handle I had planned to make a longer one for chopping and use the shorter for throwing. But once I noticed the warp on the axe head I called customer service. I told the customer service agent about the issues and they immediately gave me several options I could choose in order to remedy the faulty axe even a full refund. I really like the axe look and chose to get a replacement axe for it. I sent in pictures of the issues and they started the process before I got off the phone. The agent was very friendly and helpful.

I have been doing business with Blade HQ for a few months. During that time I have purchased 10 knives. In this instance I was returning a knife and exchanging it for another. I was also using credits though my Blade Club membership (which I highly recommend). Needless to say it was a fairly complicated transaction. I purchased the Blade HQ exclusive Spyderco manix 2 lw mint green in cpm m4 with custom engraving. I received the knife lightning fast, but without the engraving. Not a big inconvenience as I have a local place I can take it for engraving. I emailed the customer service team. I explained and sent a video for verification. I asked that I just be sent something cool for the price difference on the engraving.
They got back to me super quick. Apologized for the mistake and said we got you something cool on the way just as you requested. That's awesome to me. They sent me a blade hq glow in the dark knife take down mat. I'm excited for it to get to me soon. I don't have one. Well, now I will, and that's COOL!

Both a couple of light cubes and when I Received them the batteries had leaked into the compartment. I tried to clean the connections and replaced the batteries...to no avail.

I ordered a grey kershaw launch ten auto with Damascus. I have been waiting to buy this knife for months. When I finally had the money to buy it. I ordered the Grey one from blade hq and I ordered the black launch ten Damascus from dlt trading. It was supposed to be faster. I recived a black launch what was supposed to be grey. I contacted blade hq. To see what was up and they told me they did not make a grey launch ten with Damascus even though it was listed word for word.They said they would issue a refund, And they would take the Grey launch down. Needless to say i was disappointed. What's really crazy is that the knife is still listed. How is this even possible? Dlt trading said the Grey launch was delivered. But I did not order a grey one from them,so how did the purchase order get flip floped. I am so twisted. You would think they would give me a discount or something. They didn't even offer a discount.
