Spent $400 tried to use my points. During checkout it doesn't show the money that was saved from using your points and it wasn't applied. Per your customer service it was it wasn't. I was sent a coupon code in my email. It was never applied to my account. I feel like I was ripped off, customer service was not helpful. Your websites shopping cart Experience is very outdated. Boxes do not populate information and does not show a discount applied at checkout.

I called bladehq and someone named Zach A. Answered and there was a misunderstanding in the call mainly cause I just didn't speak up about it but as soon as he noticed what had happened he emailed me back 10 mins after the called saying he misheard it and explained what was happening with the gift card not showing in the checkout and refunded the gift card all in all very good customer service
Quick attention, they solved the problem in a very responsible way.
