But again considering the holidays, you shipped it pretty fast. I did receive everything and how beautiful the knives are and how well they are made. I will be ordering again absolutely.

Just letting your company know this. You have a terrible reputation in the knife community for lack of communication, slow shipping, and lack of responsiveness to complaints.i still haven't reciebed a order confirmation but you're company has helped itself to payment from my bank account. I've recieved no receipt for payment since the charges. No communication except an email saying my order was recieved 2 days after I emailed them regarding no communication from your company. And yet still no confirmation email.
With being the holiday seasons I completely understand long holds/delayed responses. Still frustrating to deal with but Hannah was very helpful and was able to provide the information I was looking for.

Ordered knife with overnight delivery. FedEX failed by days but Blade HQ stepped up and refunded my $50 shipping fee. Blade HQ cares about their customers and takes action to ensure the best experience for them. Blade buddies stick together!

Ordered on 12-27 emailed 3 times since and just received a reply today 1-4. If you were closed the holiday week, you should tell people. No email in response to "when will this item ship" for 7 days is unacceptable when I received at least 20 emails in the same time for Sales at Balde HQ. Just want my knife. Never had any problems before and don't expect any in the future once this is resolved

I was looking for a knife for my wife for Christmas, I started on Amazon but then ended up at your site because of the larger selection. I choose a knife from your site specifically because it said if I purchased before the end of the day it would be there before Christmas. Leading up to Christmas I received no new emails about when I would recieve it so I emailed your customer service and because of your hours of operation didn't get an email back until after the holidays. It did not in fact come before christmas. I assume because I had a message written on the blade, which I also thought was a laser engraving not just printed on. Maybe I overlooked that but I was disappointed non the less. When I received the product I was pleased with the quality of the knife but the supposed gift for spending over $120 ( I believe) wasn't in the box. That's not why I bought the knife but again a bit disappointing. Overall the price and quality seemed good but disappointing service. After all we are only as good as our word and your company's word doesn't seem to mean much in promises to your customers.

After my 2nd follow up, found out my order was on hold for some "fraud" issue. Not sure what that is, but would have been nice to know sooner so I can order again. Will probably order somewhere else.

I've procured many a knife from this company and haven't been disappointed yet. I had an issue with one Balisong that had a chipped tip and an OTF stuck in a state of purgatory. I got an email and a phone call that same day offering a shipping label and refund/store credit. Blade HQ/Grindworks does it right. The products they select to make available are all sweet pocket(or belt) candy& super handy. I've wanted an actual OTF since childhood, thankfully these guys made that a reality. Cheers
