Ordered two puzzles from this company. Waited several weeks for the delivery, which eventually arrived with two completely different puzzles to the ones we had ordered. No reasons given. Tried to call their inappropriately named "customer service" which incidentally is a premium rate line. No answer. Contacted them by email to request they correct their error. No response to that. Eventually, again several weeks later, had an email from them asking for me to provide my address, which they stated they did not have. Strange as it's on the order acknowledgment that they originally sent me. I forwarded this, and, you guessed it, no response again.
Ordered a wooden puzzle plateau that according to the ad would fit a 1000 piece puzzle. When received it was not big enough for the puzzle I ordered. I spoke with "customer care" because they also stated in their catalog that customer satisfaction is a priority. After speaking with them stating my problem they would do NOTHING to help. I was willing to pay shipment on the bigger item and the difference in the cost of the item. Really just asked them to cover the cost of the return which originally cost 14.95. Absolutely no cooperation. Will never purchase another thing from this company and would advise everyone else to do the same. Terrible customer service!--
I recently ordered from Bits and Pieces. I placed my order at the end of November. They have good products but after my order was placed I started receiving emails offering better discounts and sometimes free shipping which was annoying. The order took a couple of weeks to arrive and one item was missing. Okay, that happens. Emailing customer service didn't receive a response for a few days. Meanwhile I called and the customer service representative was great about fixing the mistake but even with rush shipping on the replacement it won't arrive in time for me to get it to the recipient in time for Christmas. I wouldn't deal with them again unless I didn't need the item(s) any time soon and I already had a discount coupon code.
I am fairly new to doing jigsaw puzzles and rely on the picture on the box to guide me. The last four puzzles I completed from Bits and Pieces had colors in the picture that did not match the puzzle, which was really frustrating. I wrote to them and was disappointed that no one cared. I did one more order but if this one is off too, that's it.
Bitsandpieces is a website/catalog specializing in puzzles: jigsaw puzzles, 3-D puzzles, and all the stuff that can go with them (puzzles sorter and storage boards, puzzle glue, etc.) Great selection!
I think their pricing is on the high side but the bundle prices (pick 3 of this kind or size) and their clearance items still make it a better buy thank full price puzzles from a store. They also have some fun smaller items that are good for bday gifts and stocking stuffers!

We ordered a puzzle box for my son's birthday. I wanted the box to be challenging, so I ordered one that was a little harder. Well, my son couldn't get one particular piece to move. We watched YouTube videos on how to solve the box, but it still wouldn't work. My husband called customer service and explained the problem. They offered to refund our money, but we asked for a replacement, which they provided for free. We got replacement, and my son was able to solve the box. Thank goodness it wasn't user error. We carefully took apart the other box to find that a piece was accidentally glued to another piece. So glad the customer service people helped us out.
During COVID the delivery was particularly bad but, the puzzles are very nice and very well priced. I love that the pieces are not cut traditionally but are more interesting.
I have purchased over 50 puzzles in the last year and found the quality going down. The puzzle have bent pieces and will not stay locked together. I even had one with the back of outside piece torn off. I measured the thickness of early ones and they are much better quality.
If your missing pieces on 2 gifted puzzles ( Bits and Pieces) and someone has gifted to puzzle to you from a store then there is no way of getting a resolution to this will never ever buy puzzles from them! Called customer service and needed info I didn't have to resolve their issue! Do not buy as gifts!
Don't believe the satisfaction guaranteed! I ordered $50 worth of puzzles and the pieces are cut ridiculously stupid. The pieces are not sturdy either. When ask to return said give me credit and wanted me to pay to ship back which as every one knows would cost as much as puzzles.
I wish they had negative numbers for this for you. Though arena Jersey I ordered a puzzle 2 weeks ago and now they're saying it won't be here until March 9th. I was supposed to get it last week and they're giving me some sorry excuse and tell you one thing I will never buy anything from them again
I wish I'd read the reviews about this company. (I ordered from the UK website). Order took 2 weeks (to be fair they do tell you it can take that long), but when arrived half of it was missing. When I called them they said the missing item was discontinued' which was odd, as it was just the same t-shirt in a different size. But what really made me mad was that they had taken payment against my credit card but said a refund would be done by cheque and that wouldn't be sent out till the New Year, claiming they were unable to issue a refund against a credit card. I'm very sceptical that it's actually going to arrive. I'd recommend finding a reputable company to order from.
Have completed 3 puzzles of ******* pieces and unfortunately all 3 puzzles have had 999 pieces! Very unfortunate and frustrating to spend hours on puzzle and have one piece missing. Cannot even share puzzle with others.
I ordered some jigsaws at the end of March! Was still waiting for them to be delivered weeks after. Contacted them via e mail, no reply! Eventually rang them to be told one of them was out of stock! No e mail to inform me this was out of stock! Told the girl on the phone l wanted my other jigsaws, as she said they were going to send them all together and l could wait. Two of them did arrive however one of the were jigsaws very poor quality, had to pull some pieces apart which then took the picture off. I am going to contact them again! As l have still not received one of my jigsaws from my initial order! Very poor service will definitely not be ordering from this company!
In 50 years, I have never had a puzzle with duplicate pieces: This one had 2! There was also 3 missing pieces. Having read the reviews, I see now this is very common for this Company to have missing pieces. I contacted them because it would be nearly impossible to add extra pieces to a puzzle without it done on purpose. I called BP because the 2 duplicate pieces and 3 missing pieces was so egregious, I wanted BP to send me a replacement. I sent a detailed letter as to why I was contacting them, not Amazon.
I advised that while missing puzzle pieces can happen (though clearly BP has very poor QC given how often it happens in your factory), it is impossible to add extra/duplicate pieces to a puzzle unless it is intended. In my case, there were 2 duplicate pieces! I advised that because of the fact that the additional pieces were intended, or the result of gross negligence, I was looking to BP directly, as the manufacturer, for remedy. Simply, I asked that the puzzle they sold be replaced with one without missing or duplicate pieces.
I received a form email that said I should contact Amazon, as that is where I purchased the puzzle. I re-sent the email, and asked them to read it, as I had already explained why I was not contacting Amazon. In response, I received the exact same email.
I have requested a catalog from the website 4 times (been trying monthly since March!) and phoned twice. It's now the middle of June and still no catalog. If this is representative of their customer service, they have lost this customer and everyone I can tell!
I tried ordering and the "Any two or more $10.99" would not apply. Tried calling the company and number is busy. Chatted with an agent who said The puzzles must be from a series. I was ordering 3 on the same page from same artist. Then their agent said the discount applies only for the same puzzle!
I placed a large order and, even though most of the items were in stock, only a partial shipped. 3 weeks later, they still haven't shipped the back order. I tried to cancel and they won't, even though it isn't listed to ship for 4 days. If you want the order to ship when you expect it, don't purchase from Bits and Pieces.
I bought a golf ball globe puzzler as a gift. It was very poor quality. The globe had come off of the base. I had to glue it back together. The gift box was sliced open and the Styrofoam was broken in several places. I wrote a one star review for the item on their site and they never posted it! There is only 1 review for the item from 3 years ago. It was of course a 5 star review from someone who had not even purchased it yet! I will not buy from them again and don't recommend them.
