If your missing pieces on 2 gifted puzzles ( Bits and Pieces) and someone has gifted to puzzle to you from a store then there is no way of getting a resolution to this will never ever buy puzzles from them! Called customer service and needed info I didn't have to resolve their issue! Do not buy as gifts!

Unable to download photos. No sure why it wouldn't download other wise a easy to use
