As I had problem with my miner after the delivery, The issue was handled quickly and effectively by technical support.

Always had good results using Bitmain UK. Price was better than anywhere else for this latest top-line mining rig.

No issues with ordering or delivery even in difficult times, my order came within the times stated when ordered and no issues setting up.

Over all the Antminer K7 is a beast of a machine my only issue is it keeps crashing and I can't seem to get it sorted now I keep thinking no worries it boots straight back up again and its fine but for over $2000 really you should have no issues at all so reason I rate it a 3* if my issue was resolved then for sure it would be a 5* as other than this issue i can't fault it

Very very good, s19k miner came next day after dispatch with a give time frame which allowed for us to be home. The regular updates were very helpful. Couldn't be happier

Honestly i was skeptical at first, wow, UK retailer, however the communication before and after my purchase made me comfortable. The ANTMINER was delivered as specified and works amazingly!

I have only had the Antminer for two weeks now. So far so good, everything works and I have got nothing to report so far... but it's only been two weeks, so I can't quite give it 5* as it would seem premature? Happy to update the review in a year's time, for now though, the service has been good and I would recommend/buy again from BITMAIN.

Overall service was excellent and the delivery was on-time.
I was kept up to date through out the whole process with emails and the easy access to my account on the website.

KDA miner as described, took longer than i expected to get delivered, but when it was delivered all was as the order.

Got exactly what i had spec'd. Took a few weeks to arrive so it was a bit longer than promised.

I ordered and received my hydro miner with 14 working days! I had an issue when I set it up(which turned out to be a loose wire) and the customer helping was fantastic! If you're looking to get a miner, look no further!

The whole process was hassle free. Backorder of miner S19j XP was delivered on time and in good order and at a very competitive price.

Fantastic service but was given a faulty Power Supply on delivery. I only have it 'fixed' because I've lodged a bit of wood inside to keep it seated when it already should be. If not for the fantastic service I'd have given this a 2 or 1 star. Still considering resending just the PSU back to get a replacement.
