L7 arrived and the power was not connected to the board. These clips don't come undone in travel. It makes me wonder if there had been any testing done at all.

Bitmain UK sold me a miner for 1800$. I payed for all of it, and when I opened the box I saw they sent me the wrong model! I returned it immediately, after they apologized and promised me a full refund. Buy after a week they returned only 1700$, saying that they charge me 100$ "restocking fee" for their mistake! And the 15$ I payed to return the item? Never saw them again.

It is quite refreshing to get through to someone in the US and for them to go through things with you, help with anything and actually ring you back if you get cut off, well done your after sales customer service is great.
Its my second Antminer,and extremely happy with both, From beginning to end the staff have been more than helpful with advice and recommendations,cant recommend them highly enough.Delivery time was as said,,yep very pleased my miner.
My third Antminer bought from them and as always great at keeping you updated on progress etc.
One minor flaw though - it came with a very small software issue that really should have been picked up at QA - easily fixed by myself though
