Everything about the company was very impressive, from buying the miner to the delivery. Having the ability to choose the date of delivery and time through DHL is a great choice! I will definitely be using Bitmain again.

Bought miners for a new mining rig, however controlboard required update to work correctly. Phone customer service was quick and excellent. I had a working board back to me within 3 days of first calling. Would definitely recommend.

They always have good and responsive customer service, I always get a working product and it always gets there exactly when they say it will. And overall the website is responsive, well stocked and well priced. All they need to be perfect is slightly cheaper delivery options that are more competitive to other stores of their type.

Very professional service. Item was ordered I was notified of payment process and then notified of dispatch. The courier service by DHL is one of the best so your guaranteed next day delivery if you order before 5. I had to modify a order and was done efficiently via email overall excellent all round

I bought my PC and received an email after few minutes that the Antminer S19 XP was out of stock so they put me the latest Antminer S19j XP with no extra cost to keep the delivery timings plus an excellent service and the prices are much cheaper then other sites. 5 stars from me.

I have bought my second miner from Bitmain, and the performance is exceptional with gaming, and I am more than likely going to come back to Bitmain at some point in the future.

I personally have never had any issues with Bitmain UK customer service. Had 1 or 2 items over the years that needed returning. But again no real issues at all. Keep up the good work Bitmain!

Highly recommended - a reasuring phone call from customer services at Bitmain confirmed that I had ordered the correct item for my mining system. Next day delivery and tracking made the whole experience top class. Will definitely use again.

Ordered a S21 hydro and cooling kit. All came packaged amazingly and with enough bubble wrap to withstand the package being dropped from a 3 storey house. Would buy again. Oh and the prices can't be beaten on most of the items they have.

Excellent service, very reasonable price, easy transaction with fast delivery, item safely packaged, progress information all the way - Highly recommended.

My miner was delivered the next day and ready to turn on as soon as I opened the package. Was simple to set up and everything was explained with a manual that came with the miner. Any issues Bitmain are happy to help with as they have multiple ways to contact them and respond swiftly, luckily I have no issues as of yet.

Yep really happy with this company. I've ordered a few things from here in the last year, most recently a BTC miner. Not only did I get a great price, I got a great service. Quick, easy, great value and quality - arrived early! Really well packaged with the bubble wrap inside the case and so far the miner has been silent, stable and easily configured. Smashing.

Yes everything was fine but I ordered the item to arrive on Monday I know other people would be glad of an early delivery but I ordered it to be delivered then for a reason I WOULD NOT BE IN

Delivered a day late after dispatching issues that I had to chase up.
Parcel was also delivered damaged and left without signature as the driver rang the doorbell and drove of before I could get to the door.
