The site in general is great i enjoy the platforms and the incentives are great. That being said the 2 stars were taken from the otherwise 5 star review as a direct result of customer support. I've had great experiences in the past but it seems as of lately support has been lacking and quite frustrating. I recently requested a withdrawal and wanted it sent to my dogecoin account and wanted to make sure it go there so I asked an agent what block chain/network they use to deposit. I never received an answer as what I'm guessing now is they didn't know and didn't want to find the answer. Its amazing they work for a crypto casino and either don't know the terminology or just didn't want to find the answer. As I was forced to do my own research and do a test send so I didn't have my whole balance lost. I still haven't heard from them and honestly feel they need to be more personal and not send generic messages that make it sound like I'm just talking to a bot with a name. These are simple questions that they should train and know as this is the field of work they are in. I find it hard to believe they can be that busy and take over 12 hours to get wheel bonuses deposited which most of the time its around 20 hours, in that case put 24 hours so it is more realistic to have done. Other than CS I love this platform and you would too.
