THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTALLY SCAMMERS. THE SITE LOOKS LIKE IT COMES AND IS BASED IN THE UK, THEY ARE NOT. MY 'BIRKENSTOCK' SANDALS ARRIVED FROM CHINA, TOTAL FRAUDS. EMAILED BIRKENSTOCK HEADOFFICE, TOLD ME THIS COMPANY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. THE SCAM HAS A SISTER COMPANY CALLED REALPAY.COM, WHEN YOU PAY FOR YOUR PURCHASE YOU GET AN EMAIL WITHIN SECONDS FROM THESE PEOPLE SAYING ANY PROBLEM BEWTWEEN YOU AND THE MERCHANT THEY WILL SORT IT OUT ALWAYS ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER BLAH BLAH BLAH... WELL THEY ARE PART OF THIS SCAM. BEWARE DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE OR YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID.
