If we do not reed all the lines, we are accepting to pay 12 per month for membership, It happen to me, now I went to see better and it is there! But they are taking more then just once a month this month (near the end of the credit card) they already take 5 times

They have a hidden membership of 129 SEK after purchasing from them. In order to offer their "cheap prices" they say. This membership has been credited to my card since I bought from them once in October. 129 every month even though I only purchased a deo stick one time. Deceitful behavior!

SCAM, theif

They stole money from my credit card for some months. Dont buy anything from them. I dont remember where this membership mentioned. And have not received any mail after. They were silently stealing my money.

Cheats the customers

Yet another one of the companies that lives on, and cheats customers without being fully aware of it. I'm sorry that it may be allowed to happen. Hope they will be closed and get a fine so big that they will never be able to own anything again.

The product that was purchased did kot work at arrival. At first Bilablau refused my request to return the not working product. They referred to danish law and only 4 week possible to return a product. After contact with European Consumer, they agreed with us returning the product. They still, after four months and some 20 e-mails back and forth, owe me money for the returned product. Since a month or so they do not answer e-mails anymore.

I cancelled my membership this winter and now 5 month later BilaBlau are still withdrawing 12 Euro from my account. Please do avoid this company at any cost, stay away from them. Don't give them your credit card information, as they just keep taking money from the account. Only solution is to close your credit card. A please do that right away, don't trust that your cancellation of you membership automatically nulls your account withdrawls. They continue anyway.

Please don't buy from this company! They are unethical scam artists. I bought a product for 5euros and ended up paying about 100euros in a fake membership and they wouldn't even refund me 1 month since I cancelled beginning of December. I don't know how this company is still in business, I'm going to be contacting web authorities and my bank and suggest everyone does the same! SHAME ON THEM for taking people's hard earned money this way. They have no conscience. If I could give 0 stars I would!

The worst customer service, I am waiting for more than month for my product. I paid for another one and since they didnt have it they kept half of the price, thats ridiculous. And ofc they charge you 15 for membership every mont without you noticing, horrible.

... Or at least be warned. Nothing negative to say about the speed they sent the items I ordered, 4 days delivered to my door. Although the item is not what I wanted, I found out after about 2-3 weeks that I was charged 12 euro in the same credit card I paid for the item (amazingly coincidental that I saved exactly the same amount when I ordered it as they advertised in the site) only to find out it was a "Membership fee". Of course it was my fault for blindingly trusting the site without reading the Terms but after 1st e-mail they cancelled the subscription and said they won't do refunds and ignored all other e-mails I sent. On the terms they do state of cancellation and refund procedures though. They have nice stuff and if you agree to pay 12 euro each month then that's fine otherwise buy from anywhere else.

So disappointed to be charged 12 on my bank account after buying a 6 head screw. That's 18 for something I could have bought for 10 in Local shop.

Yes it does say on the site, but when you do an impulsive buy with the phone, you won't notice it.

I ordered products costing 11 euros, then was charged a 12 euro fee for 3 months before I realized that they were taking the money off the credit card.On contacting them they said it was in their terms and conditions, but you have to look very carefully to find it. Be very careful!

Same story as so many others here before - I ordered a few items from them, got a 'Total amount' which was charged to my credit card, but then the next month 12 were taken from my card again. Fine print, Terms and Conditions - I supposedly agreed to pay a monthly membership. What?!?!?!? I can honestly say I didn't read everything because I'm a busy person and I just made a quick buy, but I believe they should give a warning with their Total amount in which they make it clear you agree to pay a monthly fee - that this is in fact a condition to make a purchase with them. Furthermore, when I received instructions on how to terminate my "membership", I was required to log in with my account which I didn't even create (it didn't exist when I tried it). This is a really great scam and nobody seems to be doing anything about it despite the fact so many of us have been duped. I strongly advise potential client to stay away from this site!

Bilablau is scam

I ordered a set of zippers for 11 euro. This was never shipped as evidenced from the tracking number they sent me, and then they started charging my credit card 12 euros every month without authorization. I had to cancel my credit card to get rid of them.

Please avoid to place an order in this website!
They trick you with a membership fee that you dont see as it is with small letters, and you have to read the terms and conditions.
They do not send any email with the charges, either.
I cannot understand why the EU legislation permit this company to still function!

I ordered one item which was out of stock. Of course they didn't say that. All they said it was order placed. Then they started charging 12 euro per month (they should give u a warning for that, not just hide it in the terms that no one reads)
And of course my order cannot be cancelled because it's already printer according to their support. Now I have to wait for the item to arrive and then send it back to get a refund for an item that costs less than the subscription. Now it's been more than a month and I 'm still waiting for my item.

BILABLAU online shopping - BEWARE...

Warning to anyone buying from Bilablau.co.uk. They advertise Facebook and
I purchased an 'EasySweep' from them in August - it was rubbish and broke first time I used it.

But that's not all.

In the Terms and Conditions of payment it automatically opens a monthly subscription to them of plus or minus £11.50 which is taken out of your bank account automatically every month. I say 'plus or minus' because the amount changes a little every month,
They have just ripped me off for 4 months. My bank can't claw the money back because although it's effectively a scam, it is legal.
